Is it time to feed?

The first picture i just saw today, i did not see it yesterday the next 2 or the lower leaves they changed overnight no clue what happened there.the last 2 i saw yesterday and wondering if its time to feed? Any help i appreciate and sorry if i word things wrong still learning and just growing forr fun

What are the seedlings in now? It would be helpful to see a pic of the entire plant. The color of most of the leaves looks pretty good. The yellowing tips can be a couple things, too hot of soil, overwatering, or even ph issues, so we need a little more info.

I wanna say reaching week 4 since they hit veg i overfed a bit a go and since then been giving nothing but water and they fixed right up but these just happened within the past 2 days. I water then the top is dry

Does look like they are reaching for more light. The praying.
Looks like some tip burn on that last pic. Maybe a little too much nitrogen. I'd hold off on the nutes until you see some need. The plain water you said seemed to help. If the leaves look like they are losing the dark green, then you might want some nutes. I believe you will see the spots of cal-mag def before you see the leaves turning lighter green. Only because of the plain water pulling stuff out in the runoff.
If you're gonna feed anyway, stay lite. A quarter or maybe up to half of what the feed schedule recommends.

Have them under a 450w led but it has dials for the color of lights. I have it at 25 red around 70 for white and blue. Based on what i reqd about red light is for flowering. I will increase all a bit more and see how they react. I fed 1ml each of iguana juice grow and bloom. Should i buy any other boost or nutes to add?

Something is not right, for 4 weeks those plants should be much bigger, and have much closer internodal spaces. You say you can't transplant them? They are close to, if they're not already, rootbound. You are going to get to the point soon where for every new leaf you get, and old one will have to die. Unless you get those into bigger containers you will not be happy with the result.

I also came to conclusion the temp at night is causing stunt growth. Stays around 45 to 50, in the beginning 4, 5 days of seedling i didnt have my light setup yet so maybe has some to do with it but i dont know what else i can do. I cant put them in bigger pots i have no space. Might run it as long as they survive and next run gonna have to be 3, 4 plants in 2+ gallon pots

Also its the 4 big ones that are week 4. Theres 2 that just sprouted a week ago. The furthest to the right had fell out the pot when i was moving stuff she somehow survived but is definitely stunted. The furthest to the left has 2 in there. I thought the first seed didnt pop i look a bit in the soil and saw no root seed looked the same. I germinate a diff seed same cup and bam she snapped and grew fast af but now have 2 diff plants in one cup
