BT didn't work for me, at least not very much. There is usually plenty in my garden for both the bugs and me, I call it the nature tax! The real killer for me are the years leaf septoria strikes, once you got it, it is there to stay and you end up harvesting early or not at all. I do find phenos that are resistant and try to cross those and find better adapted plants. I have also had plants get only 2 bud worms next to plants that get dozens. I'm in the middle of the forest, there is no getting away from bugs.BT applied about 2 wks into flower= no bud worms which are larvae of the white moths you see flying around, they lay eggs on the plants and the little fks hatch and generally go to the best buds on top,I use spray w/ soap w/a habanero pepper juice I make and spray the plants at dusk to keep bugs away or ANYTHING else that is curious during veg. months and add BT to the mix on my last spray, the last 2 harvests have been clean.
I'm not running for any office, and I support this message
I plan on doing the same. I've been digging and fencing. I started indoors with t5 in April.I am in NE long island and plant begining of May and last till October and some things come out in November. I trimmed the last buds off my plant in November. It was 8 feet tall and 6 feet wide.
My suggestion is put it in ground plants seem to last a tad longer in ground will suffer less temp shock.
My plan is to start a few indoors with 13 hours of light so it will match what they will get outdoors.
Those are beautiful. Nice setup. I'm going to try my hand at some giants this summer also.Big roots = Big plants. We use 300gl or bigger...Best of luck

Is that tumbler used to sift out the crystals for concentrates?
Yes and 100% indica seem to be more resistant to mold. At least for meYou might be better off going indica, as these are likely to finish earlier, definitely a consideration in the northeast, depending on where you live. Regardless of when you start, the plants will need to go into October, maybe later with a long grow period like sativas. Some cultivars are better than others for particular environments. I live in Vermont. Depends on the season when things go in ground. Most of us fight mold as we approach harvest. This year was a nightmare.
What strain of Indica? Possibly auto? I'm looking for a 100% strain myself.Yes and 100% indica seem to be more resistant to mold. At least for me
No it's called a "trimpal" and it pretrims the dried buds before final hand trimming. You only tumble for a few minutes to knock most of the biggest leaves and stems off. But we still final hand trim.Is that tumbler used to sift out the crystals for concentrates?
Bubble hash is my favorite smoke!!! Nice setupor we use this tumbler to make bubble hash....
put ice and cannabis into the whirlpool and filter the water thru bubble bags. then use the bubble hash to make rosin.
