One more week until I’m back home with the girls. The wife assures me they are doing fine, but then she always says that, I guess there’s no point in worrying. To calm my fears I went to Hodad’s for lunch.

A great laid back atmosphere, I loved the music as much as the food.

And the burger was fantastic. I decided on the Guido burger, which is the one Guy and Bossman created during a DDD episode with a patty, pastrami, Swiss, spicy brown mustard and pickles. Was awesome, I’ll go back for the bacon burger sometime this week if time allows. Pictures don’t do it justice, you’ll have to take my word, delicious!

RIP Bossman, your crew is doing you proud.
"The Soup Kitchen" in Salt Lake City had a double bacon and pastrami cheeseburger that was almost the death of me. 1370 triglyceride reading on some blood work during a physical put an end to my lunch of choice.

Trimming is done, Koolatron is filled. Decarb trim is done, another round of cannabutter is next.
Still have the Cherry GarSeeYa hanging up to dry outside.
This cross hits you right between the eyes, then you gotta get up and do stuff for a while, all happy about it too.

I agree it’s not a burger to make a weekly habit of eating, but once in a blue moon I’ll make an exception. Now I’m getting hungry again.

I got a pleasant response from Kozo grinders this morning. I had sent them a complimentary email about their grinders.
Feels good to support a family run business and they do make an excellent product. I must have ground 5 lbs of herb in this thing and it keeps on grinding. Probably end up passing it down like an heirloom when I die.
