Just a small update on the dry. With all this tech in my tent I wanted to take advantage. Perhaps a bit unorthodox I left them whole in the pot. Our last light cycle ended 11/06 at noon. I'm using VPD on my controller to manage humidity and keep us in a dewpoint range similar to the drying machines. I'm really impressed, they are shrinking madly but nothing is crispy and the terps are wild. I'm really liking this.

Day 1 .80 kPa with .20 buffer
Day 2 .70 kPa with .10 buffer
Day 3 .60 kPa with .20 buffer
Day 4 .70 kPa with .20 buffer

*I didn't care for the 70% or higher humidity with the .60 kPa.
*exhaust only, level 5. I started on level 8. Longer extraction I feel really gets down in all the nooks and crannies.
*Oscillating fans come on 60secs every hour indirectly, level 3.

If you are dependent on harvest numbers or don't have a spouse that is down for your shenanigans...DO NOT TRY THIS! HA! Your tent is not a drying machine. I had to remove a few of the biggest fruits from this grow to mold. If you haven't learned yet, I love experimenting and I'm not afraid to fail. This grow has been phenomenal, but I love pushing the envelope. The BOO fruits are so f'ing big, they did the worse. The FMFX, not so much but the flowers are not as large. Unless you are in the desert I wouldn't recommend in "soil" keeping your plant attached, I definitely underestimated the moisture in them roots. I have to say this was faulty from the beginning because I never established a baseline for drying in this setup. I'm just getting warmed up yall, let's go!

healthy roots - healthy fruits, that's what they say...

Sorry you followed me on that. I did stop watering well before I turned the lights out so the pots were already light and it turned out really well.

Ya know what they say folks.

The transplant into 2 gallon has made a huge difference in color and growth. They look overall more satisfied. A few of them are stunted I'm sure but they will continue along for R&D and training purposes. I hit em last night with yucca water mixed @1/2 tsp per gallon. Focused more on surrounding soil and not so much watering the plant hoping to get everything drenched with wetting agent. Temps and humidity have been very consistent. Very happy with current status.

Picture from last night. They're not as fluorescent lol

All good my man! They only got 2L water 3 days before lights out, I thought that would be enough. Honestly, it was good to try! I cut them down yesterday evening, and there was still soooo much moisture in that main stock. TBH what was sacrificed for data and science you can't buy, I would pay double. I have no pride, and I'm only competing with myself. It's a win!

Damn dawg, taking some tough losses lately. Ya figured out where they come from?
The FFOF. They're soil mites that are in "Bloom" to my understanding. They say harmless and they just feed on organic material but I like a clean shop. I thought I saw something last night but wasn't sure. I woke up this morning, and they were literally crawling throughout the whole tent! I'm still itching from just seeing them lmao!

*I'm still deciding how I want to approach cleaning this tent? Do I put the whole thing in the shower? I don't necessarily want to take it outside beings that it's an indoor item. Do I just spray it down everyday for the life cycle*. My flower tent is just about ready so I'm going to skip the little tent all together and sanitize for the next however long.

LOL I am laughing with you brother, not at you. I feel you, when you run a clean, neat organized grow and that kinda shit happens. It's like a stranger came in your house when you were gone. If it were me I would mix a mild bleach solution and wipe it all down, then dilute some alcohol, wipe it all down again and leave your lights and fans on for a few days. I found out the hard way that if you source FFOF soil get it from a high volume dealer less chance of pests. I came across 5 bags that had gnats and decided to cook the soil like I normally would except added microbe lift. Never had a problem during that run. More learning shit! You got this.
