I made some brownies yesterday. Blood pressure went from 165/70 before brownies to 109/55 after. Looks like I'm staying medicated until Xmas. Starting now.
I think I like the brownies better than tincture, so much easier and faster to make. I had a batch decarbed, baked and ready to consume before dinner. This time we went with the Duncan Hines chewy. Definitely makes a better brownie than the Ghiradelli and costs half as much.

Are you using oil or butter?

Good to know that Duncan Hines is delicious too. The Ghirardelli 5 pack was only $9 last month - still twice that of DH, but a dollar more per batch is reasonable. I'll give DH a try. Really love the simplicity of vegetable oil vs butter extraction.

Tinctures seem more ideal for ppl that need smaller dosages and can self titrate with a dropper.

My brother too monitors his BP and has similar experience with lowering it using cannabis in MCT oil.

The Duncan Hines mix uses 2/3 cup of oil and 3 Tb of water. It makes a chewy brownie. The Ghiradelli was more crumbly and dried out pretty quickly.
