Grafting Cannabis. Multiple strains, one plant.

That definitely seems plausible. The method your describing would create a perfect disk that can be easily inserted. Both plants would have to be a similar age, I think, otherwise the gauge of the disk will be different and that might cause the graft to fail because the cambium layers wouldn't line up.
Idk bro I think it'd still work if it's maintained with a regular spray, if it can be kept alive until the graft gets plugged into the vascular system it should work?

@Woedae thanks for the link bud they look ideal, tbh I wouldn't spend money until the theory was tried by someone on canna, a clean cut is certainly an advantage though if it works in practice I'm sure they'd aide success?

Atm I'm thinking a apple coring tool, a leather punch or a shell casing with some 1200 grit run around the outside for a killer edge lol

For sure! What I'm stuck on tho is, after you make the circular punch or hole, how exactly would you get the cored cutting out? It would still be connected, right? Or is the idea to go all the way through?

Hey bud, those type of shoots aren't like build into the framework as such they're only growing from bark, I'm thinking if I push a suitable tool over it I should be able to prize the disc out, or even better the disc come away in the suitable tool and just needs poked out?

Ok that definitely makes sense. In that case, the 50 cal cartridge would probably be most ideal. Just got to knock out the primer, that's easy enough with a Phillips screwdriver or steel rod.
