Didn't have any issues growing in pro mix until using molasses in flowering stage with my feedings. 1 tsp per gal. Coincidence maybe. Inside controlled environment. Tiny black flies and some other type that seem to move quick in the soil. I hung yellow sticky fly traps and treated the soil with a safe organic powder made for tomatoes and other garden veggies. ( don't over do it). Helps if you jump on it fast. Jury's out for me if molasses is worth the risk. Since my fresh air intake comes from an inside system with a filter I find it hard to believe that bugs came from outside. Rather the eggs were in the organic pro mix and the molasses helped hatch them. I would hang yellow sticky traps in your grow tent because some are so small you won't see until there stuck on it
This grow is coco/perlite. Ive never used coco before.
I highly recommend Humboldt Sweet Sticky. give them a Google
You will have no issues indoors. I would run 1Tsp/3gals. water though. It goes A long ways. Outdoors I would avoid. Use something like Boogie Black. No bugs. Happy mycos.

I read it feeds the microbes. I haven't started it yet. That's why im here. Ive only known outside growing since 1986. Im a total newbie at indoors. The plan was Mammoth p, and then use the sweet sticky during flower to feed the microscopic critters to help the roots absorb as much nutes as possible. This is a no go for coco?
Coco/soil good. Coco/perlite bad. Once monthly is adequate with soil indoors.
That's where i went wrong. i confused a coco soil grow with coco perlite. i have 3 cubic feet of fox farms ocean i can use lol
