SO the cops are on their way to my house...=/

Ok so around 9 moths ago(When i was 17 now 18 almost 19)me and a few friends came across a few(
Abanden ) tralers in the mountins. We were stoked because we felt we found a place where we could smoke and drink without being herrassed. anyways we found a traler that was unlocked and decided to go in it. there was a quad that was not locked up, with the keys in it. Being the dumb teenager i was(And still am i know) we rode the shit out of it. One of my friends got the bright idea to take it home i said no way its considered Grand theft auto(Prior charges of grand theft auto on my record).anyways they did not care and they still wanted it. so we drove it to the truck and they sadi they need me to help lift it in the bed. So i did(I understand now i was apart of stealing it.



now to present day, they got caught finally and brought my nameinto and said i helped lift it into the truck. they guy got his quad back but now is sayiong we did 58k worth of dammage(Compleate lie) but he said if we give 7.5 k we wont have to go to court. all the other kids parent are freaking out and said ok we will pay cause we dont want our kids to have felinys on their records. My mom says fuck hat she want to go to court cause we did NOT do ANywhere NEAR that amount of damage. So the cops are on their way to my house saying they want to talk to me.

my mom(Yes i live with my mother at home)Says she wants me to take down my grow boxes and put them in the attic. Yeah shes compleatly fine with me growing and has helped me in the past. i think they are fine where that are at, upstairs in my room, but okay its her house and ill do what she says.


Anyways what charges am i faceing if i get charged with helping them? And what would you do if your friends droped your name when it was unnessicery?

Me and a five friends smashed a bunch of mailboxes in highschool with rip wrap---one guy went around running his mouth so the cops went to talk to him---he confessed and they started going to talk to us one by one---two others confessed---the rest of us denied it---they got thirty days and a bunch of community service and we got nothing DENY

If this doesn't seem like a COMPLETE lie now. possibly you could go on... 'well, after we got it to X's house X told me he actually stole it, I didn't want to narc on my friend'.

Just say you need to talk to a lawyer to answer certain questions. It will not progress beyond that unless you're ALL taken to court. the others already confessed, meaning your liability is divided by the responsible parties.

I think this is the best way. I was in a car accident a while back and had a few drinks(possibly over the legal limit). The other driver was an unlicensed illegal Mexican alien. The detective stated that it appeared that i was the only one who took defensive action, I slammed on my brakes when the fucker did an illegal left-hand turn at an intersection. They claimed the light was red. I claimed it was green(it was green).

He asked me how much I had to drink. I told him I wasn't comfortable answering without advice of a lawyer. He gave me a "You smart mother fucker" look. He then repeatedly encouraged me to sign a medical release so he could get my BAC from the hospital. I refused, saying a lawyer once told me to never waive my rights in any cirsumstance. He had a very dissapointed look even though he stated NUMEROUS times, "I'll just subpoena it, this release doesn't matter".

Never ever happened. Cops lie. Know your rights and never waive them!

It's a felony for anything over 300---receiving stolen property--is what they will tag you with. Breaking and entering---high misdemeanor or low level felony, vandalism---misdemeanor.

I would take the deal...It would be the cheapest way out. Lets face it, they will dust and find your fingerprints there. Then you will have to retain an attorney and go to court. You will lose and you will be out somewhere between 10 and 15k. This guy is asking for roughly 2500 each, to me that is a pretty good deal....

So what you want to do is say you want a blood test---buys you more time to burn through the boos---do whatever you can think of to delay the cops from taking you to the hospital---I need my medicine in the car---there's no medicine just make them keep looking ---the whole time start moving to get your heart rate up. With any luck the hospital won't be able to take your blood right away and you may be home free by the time they check your blood

Same here. He gave me back my license at the end of our discussion. Apparently it only applies to the time of the incident, not ex post facto. he asked me to sign a release several weeks after the incident.

He also appeared bias against the illegal alien! He told me the other driver also denied the medical waiver form.. and 'was going to get a subpoena for him anyway'.

So by your statement you never had teenage years? EVERY teenager does some shit thats destructive whether they smoke pot or not. Its a fact of life
the difference is who gets caught for it. Some do and some don't but that so no reason to tell this guy he belongs in jail. Im my opinion jail should be reserved for repeat offenders and offenders of violent crimes.
