greyskull checking in - whats happening coco nuts?
been running coco for almost 2 years in an ebb n flow system. NEVER GROWN BETTER BUDS.
And they taste soooooo much better than traditional "hydro" styles.

Keep on rocking it, coir!

coco rules! I sucked at growing in soil, so I switched to coco - easy peasy. buds bigger than I ever dreamed of.
I think coco's great in a recirculating drip system, although I've never tried RTW.

very nice pics there master, sorry mine are terrible

I too call for a coco sub-forum, trying to search for coco related info in this place is bit tricky, its all over the place

also just thought I'd shout out to the european coco growers, Hesi nutes [NL] have worked wonders in my canna coco [dont know if you get them over the pond?]

PLUS I thought I'd tip you off - my favourite uk groshop say they've heard nothing but great things about mixing coco with Fytocell 85:15.
google it, I'm trying it next time because apart from the advice, its dirt cheap. Anyone here tried this?

Yeah I think it's to much work for them to re program the system ... Really idk? But we got this thread at least... Thanks to FDD2BLK and gogrow...

Im brand new to growing, on my first grow.

Im deciding to use coconut coir fiber, i was convinced by the owner of the hydro store i go to. if imn growing 3 plants under one 400w Ceramic metal halide in two gallon pots how many times a day/week should i flush my plants? and this water needs to be ph'd to 5.5-6.0?

Also...how exactly do i do it?

you really don't need to flush at all using coco except at the very end.
watering by hand s pretty tricky...
in veg you definately want the girls to get a little dry to encourage great root growth, but in flower you'll have to hit them daily.

i would think to 10% runoff (10% of what you pur in spills out the drainage holes) but i donl;t hand water my floweirn girls they are on automated flood....

coco is the poop. good luck

Couldn't have said better my self...

really???
thats cool... how'd they get theirs?
is theirs a winner, too?
I am not on breedbay i've have to check it out....

yeah I got couple of the sour's, sour thia, sour mist (Ecsd x cali mist) and tossed ecsd(not soma's nysd,it's different breeders) cuz of the long ass flower times..

We got a coupl more in the south west connect, But yeah sour bubble is for sure some dank..
I think it's just a cross from bubblegum and ecsd..

Did you get it from TK beans?

I totally misled you guys, im not using a hydro system im just gonna grow them on a drain table. Dude at the store told me to take a big bucket of my nutrient ph'd water and pour it through the plants...is that right? if not what would be the right method? and how much?

Yeah I did that to, But be sure to get go gnats..
I stopped using the bucket because I felt like I was spreading the gnat eggs....

Just understand keep it out of the light..
You don't want any light leaks in your res.. and your PH will change everyday...
