get yer self a sign that says these neck of the woods is private property,then put up an "invisible" fence.
the invisible fence should be landmines outlining the properties boundries. that fence will keep those damn yanks out of your yard

yea bro you sure can..n the frrost more than likeylt wont do much to it..just as long as its got leafs far enough from the ground or theyl stay too moist nd go all moldy and brown. but yea you can reveg your plant and sometimes even geta 2nd harvest in winter. and next year itl be even more ofa beast come budding. give it a try..got nothing to loose..just leave some branches with leafs attached if pos.
