i wanted to add, its not always about trusting friends to not gank your shit.. its a thing about trusting them to keep their mouths shut.. they may be giving you props bragging about their boi who is growing a dank 5' monster.. one of their friends calls bullshit.. your friend takes their friend to prove they are not bsing.. now more people know about your grow..... the only person who should know about your grow is you.. anything else is risking losing your harvest or even worse getting ass raped in prison..

you can always grow a new plant, but once your anal virginity is gone, there is no gettin it back..

Growing on other people's property is disrespectful and ignorant.

Some cops will bend over backwards to stick it up your ass over the smallest amount of MJ. Mostly rookie or rent a cops though. They get all excited over the prospect of a felony drug bust. Mind you I say rookie, because they're too dumb to realize how hard it is to make a felony out of a few plants or less. In a lot of states it's a misdemeanor, unless it can be PROVEN that you're cultivating to distribute. Maybe one huge plant yielding several ounces would be enough depending on the judge, but get a good lawyer and you probably wouldn't have a felony on your hands.

And,.. cops would not take everything and then fingerprint. What would they do with that info? If they were really interested in making a bust, they'd set up cameras and have a van parked nearby. A good lawyer could easily beat fingerprints,.. "My client feels like the criminals who stole his potted tomato plants, brought his pots and soil and ferilizer to this site and transplanted their marjuana plants with his supplies. Can you officers prove otherwise?"

My most successful grow was my first grow but unfortunately for me, I thought it had died so I abandoned it a few months into the grow and 6-7 years later the site was eradicated by the DEA because it had grown wild and taken over acres of land in the woods where I originally planted.

I agree, if it was cops they wouldn't have taken everything. Id say someone that doesnt like you found out about it, and to be dicks, they took every damn thing. Probably laughed all the way home too, I know I would have. Sounds to me like you are one of those guys that gives this hobby & our community a bad reputation. If you arent smart enough to think about EXACTLY what will happen if or when you get busted, then you will never take it seriously and eventually end up on the news.

I want to know where this KID is. Nobody noticed that he said the plant was flowering....Ummmm.... If he's in the northern hemisphere, he'd need a nice way to light deprive.............. I call "BS" on this thread.

Yea, I thought the same thing when I first read this thread but then it occurred to me that there are other countries on Earth besides America and there are a lot of Aussies on this site also and they would be finishing up flowering around this time (I think)

Yeah this guy has got to be 15-16 I mean anybody with common sense knows not to tell anybody.

Hell if you can tell your friends were your plant is go to the Police Station and tell them where you hide your stash and you will wonder why that is missing to!

As someone else said I doubt the rozzers would take everything, although I can believe some 'friends' would and then throw it all into a nearby shrubbery whilst laughing their heads off.

I bet if you have a poke around near where it all went missing you will find your growing kit.

Oh yes, you were a silly sod growing near people and telling your 'friends'. I know it is tempting to say "hey lads, in a few months I will have loads of kung-fu weed for free!" But it really is a recipe for disaster. The only people who know about my grow/s are my family and the guy who has shared my flat for the last 4 years and who paid for half the seeds and whose father owns the land I use for my/our outdoor plants.

Its a shitty lesson to learn but people are, on the whole, wankers. Better luck next time! ;-)
