Where does it say your work bag needs to sit for 2 hrs? I guess if you want but not necessary. I let my bag sit for 30 minutes then pull it out and let the water pass through the material. My yield is usually 1 g hash to every 9-11 g trim. Alot of it depends on the quality of the material. I use only sugar leaf and buds. Anything without visable resin is thrown out.

shit i mixed it for dddaaayyysss it took like 5 hours to melt the ice...i ended up putting a heater next to it while i mixed it after a hour or so cuz the ice wasnt melting
