They've been doing this since after 9/11, and it's perfectly legal. I'm not defending anyone, but stop listening to people like this psycho on NBC.

The Feds have been tracking everything since 9/11. But only certain words trigger any tracking. If you text/write "bomb", or anything relating to "terror", then the gov't computer in that room will flag it, and review it electronically for any connections to other instances where that IP or phone number experienced similar trigger events. In fact, words in this message will trigger the entire thread. So I just flagged us for Gov't review by using the word "bomb" and the word "Government", and maybe the word "President". Oh now, look out. They're watching now.

Believe it or not, the feds will not knock your door down for MJ. It will most likely be the state authorities if you are in a illegal state. Don't go to Florida. They have the some of the strictest criminal policies for Mj in the world. Caught with 1 oz or more and you can easily get 20 years in prison. If you live in FLA, you should definittely not be here.

AGREED. It would cost them to much money to try and bust everyone. They arent gonna kick your door in cause your growing some personal or a few plants. And even if your doing a commmercial this site wouldnt be enough for a warrant. Who's to say who's even typing this message right now??? Its hard to prove who was sitting in front of the key board typing this. Anyone can set up an account under someone elses name. Just dont put any pics up with yourself in them lol!

That'd be shitty living there. Where I live (canada) you could probably get caught with 5 pounds and get maybe house arrest for a first time offence. There is a lot of bust here. Dope isnt shit. Worry about the meth heads. probably the worse drug out there. Thats brutal though. 20 years for having an ounce of dope. I'd never risk that.

effin hell! im sure though that a few stoners talking bout there plants will be safe enough,the only ones to worry should be the big money dope dealers that sell at schools etc etc.i will only ever have 2 plants in flower and 6 in veg,uk laws now have cannabis class b.i love my weed but dont want to do time for it.!!!

i think its lame how people are trying to blame obama for all of bush's fuck ups... sorry that he didnt just step into office and everything got fixed in a week... he is picking up and mendin the pieces of a failed system that started with bush... everyone seems to forget that obama hasnt caused any of the problems we face today.. all the shit we are going through was started LONG before obama.. he is tryin to fix the problems that bush failed to fix and more often than not caused... he isnt talking about taking over the internet and becoming a cyber god... he is just increasing cyber security so we dont get fucked on that end.. out society would crash if we lost the internet... could imagine how much danger we would be in if the rest of the world got ahold of our military documents or got control of our military computers... its barely been 6 months since obama took over and everyone wants to put on him the fact our economy and society are going to shit.. when, and ill emphasize this time, IT WAS ALL CAUSED BY A FAILED ADMINISTRATION BEFORE HIM.. ALL THE EVENTS THAT HAVE CAUSED OUR ECONOMY TO TURN TO SHIT WERE STARTED LONG LONG BEFORE OBAMA ENTERED OFFICE... IT IS TRUELY IGNORANT TO TRY TO PUT BLAME ON HIM, WHEN ALL HE IS DOING IS FIXING ALL THE FUCK UPS HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH... the fact that he hasnt gotten everything fixed after 6 months means SHIT... it will take many years to fix what bush managed to destroy... he has more balls than any of you.. it takes a lot to take the entire wellfare of a broken country on your shoulders, knowing that every little move will be critized by assholes alike... then try to make something from nothing.. to try to pull an ENTIRE country from a recession that had absolutely NOTHING to do with him, while being willing to take blame for all the bullshit along the way... if only half of us could be the man he is we would be a much better country.. maybe he is the answer.. maybe he isnt.. maybe he gets shit fixed.. or maybe he doesnt.. thats left to see.. but the fact remains that he is trying reverse the state of our society when he had NOTHING to do with how it got here.. keep on blaming him and pretending like its his fault... cause he knows as well as everybody else that it is NOT his fault and he did NOT get us where we are today...

only putting us in debt more. he has no concept on how to be a president doesn't have the balls, unless he reads it on a teleprompter hopefully we will only have to deal with him one term. you got to remember when clinton was pres we had a republican congress now we have a dem pres and a dem congress we are so looking into being screwed they see the world the way they want to not like normal people who see the world as it is......they are out there

your right this mess did start before obama but don't blame it all on bush there were other screw u ps in the white house even before bush, there probablly not of had a 9/11 if not for clinton, he could of had bin laden before and just let him go.
