Early flowering (want to veg) - HELP

Hello everyone,
I have an outdoor grow, this is my second year growing. I did pretty well last year for my first time, but some of my plants started to flower early in the summer (june) so I brought them inside under flourescents with a timer to give them 18 hours of light. Then I would bring them back outside in the morning after the timer switched on early. So it was off from 12am-6am. As soon as I stopped bringing them inside and left them outside at night they started their preflowering in early August like I wanted.
So this year, I didn't want the same thing to happen with the early flowering, so I just brought them in from the beginning to give them 18 hours. They are outside from 7am-6pm, and brought inside under flourescents from 6pm-midnight then it turns off, then it's back on at 6am, then I bring them outside at 7am. They get direct sunlight from 9am-6pm. This worked well last year, but now all my girls are starting to show white stigmas on the branches. It looks like they are going into preflower mode. They should have another month an a half of vegetation to grow. At least I would like them to have another month and a half of vegging, they would get so big. They are about 3 feet tall now, but seem to have potential to be huge if they can veg until August.
What can I do to reverse the flowering process?
Or are a few white stigmas normal at a certain point?
Should I give them 24 hour light for a while, or just interrupt the dark night with short light periods between midnight and 6am?
They have SO much potential to grow big in the next month and a half, please help!!!!!
Oh, they are different strains, so it can't be the strain. I have an unknown Humboldt strain and an Afghani, and a Indica/Sativa hybrid. All 3 strains are doing this.
I'm growing in containers, Fox Farm soil, and live in Northern California, about an hour east from Sacramento.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone? Please?
my only suggestion would be to run the lights a few extra hours. since youre only using fluorescents you can probably run them all night and then put your plants out during the day. This might revert them into veg mode. Maybe try that, if it is too much light back off to maybe 3 or 4 AM and give them a few hours dark period. I know that to flower the plant needs to have enough time in the dark. To stop flowering, less time in the dark.

yeah-24/h light will be good enough to speed the cycle of re-vegging.keep those cfls running and keep the room temperature normal with a slight twist of humitidy higher than usual.

I know im new here I just found out about rollitup the other day, I have been growing outside for about 6 years now and live in the foothills of North Carolina. My advice is to just let mother nature take its course if your plants have been outside ever since seed. I kinda in the same spot as you as my plant is allready into its 2nd week of flowering and the plant cant be more than 9 or 10 inches tall. I added a few pics of my plant that were taken on June 6th .Good luck and let us know what happens.

Hey everyone.
Thank you for the replies. After keeping them under 24 hour light for a few weeks, I switched to 20 hours of light to give them a break (one was starting to look stressed) Then I finally figured to let nature run it's course. They are in full preflower mode now, and look good. My other plants are still holding off from flowering since I am bringing them in at night to give them some extra light to avoid early flowering. But I am not sure I want to keep doing that. Any ideas or personal experiences??

next year grow sativa dom strains. or plant in ground or use grow in 20 gal containers. you could also start inside veg till they get about a foot or so then plant them outside.
