ok, so my plant (chronic) has been chopped and is slowly drying in a box with two holes cut. In one hole is a fan basically blowing air all the way through...the buds are on string above the the fans path.
now, when i "squeeze" one of the buds (chronic) it gives off a great smell...but then disappears and its a hay/grass type smell.
after searchin, it seems its a common prob for noobs like myself.
is it cut too early?
strain related?
both? neither?
does this happen with all/most types and its just a case of dry for a week (or when stems can "snap") then store in a glass jar to cure. Making sure to keep an eye on them, burping the jar every so often.
any thoughts or advice?
its drying in in a dark box (with lid) and wouldnt say its anymore than 60 degrees (in another room away from the grow tent)
