So this is my first plant, and being a young'n with no real job and at the time of start up a suspended allowance, i figured i'd use CFLs. I got 5 26 watt bulbs, and gathered a few from my dad's house to add in the mix after 2 of the initial bulbs broke. i also have acquired a shit ton of other bulbs through questionable practices which i'm not proud of and i'm sure a lot of people are baffled about why their outisde lights are missing. but i'm planning on doing a scrog after i'm done with this grow so until i can get a conversion bulb for the MV ballast i have, i will use the 35 cfl bulbs i have for the scrog. in other words, it's all for the greater good (of me lol).
i germed 15 seeds, one survived lol. Now she is all grown up and about 2-3 weeks into flowering.
the branches at the bottom are weird. they are pretty big, about a foot and a half long or so and the nodes on the end of the branches have gotten pistils first. the main stem at the bottom is still void of pistils, but in due time i am confident that they will come.
so without further ado, here is my planit in it's growbox which is in my crawlspace after it became too hot in my attic.
I know it is a bit droopy in the pics, but i hadn't watered it in a few days, but no need to worry, i poured in a liter of water to give it what it needed.
It's all organic btw, i used compost from my compost bin in my back yard, no need for nutes in this grow. lol.
one thing that has worried me is that in a few places the pistils look like they are being burnt at the end... i highly doubt this would be from heat since i'm using cfls, and it's not being burnt from over-nuting, so does anyone know what this could be a result of?
thanks,
