I have a sickness and thy name is BACON!
recipe:
mini 'bow tie' pasta (oh use whatever pasta you want, I mix all the small/mini pastas I can find)
bacon:as much as you can spare..
Garlic: one clove or a lil bit of pre minced...
oil: enough so your pasta doesn't stick together or stick to your pan
white cheese:as much as you desire (parmesean, mozzerella... any white cheese!)
salt &pepper to taste
oregeno (cover top of visible pasta: a good sprinkle over) or to taste
5-8 olives, chopped
THINLY sliced onions :sauteed
Directions: chop bacon into little pieces. and cook in skillet (keep the drippings!)
add to skillet: garlic, olives, and onions.. cook till everything is golden brown.
add your fully cooked pasta to skillet and continue cooking, (make sure your pasta is coated with all the grease and other ingredients:this is where you may need to add more oil)
sprinkle over salt and pepper then a good coating of the oregeno...
turn off stove top and top with generous amount of cheese: cover skillet so cheese melts.
*you can add pasta sauce (red stuff) and it's perfect!*
if you've gotten this far, I was hoping someone could help me incorporate marijuana into this recipe or just make it better in any way!
I was think maybe you could cook it with the bacon somehow??
thanks guys
