Prices don't seem that bad, I'm going to get a small house like 3 bdr near the beach. From what I have seen rent ranges for what I'm looking for are $1400-$2000. I think I can handle that, hella cheaper than Manhattan or DC and I can surf!
I pay 725 for a 2bdr 1 bath but i live literaly down the street from mexico LOL

I prefer Oceanside, I've talked with some agents about my options and I think its best for me. I want to be able to get to the beach easily and I also want a HOUSE not an apartment, duplex, condo, townhouse, ect. So since I'm so picky not much under $1400 a month for me.

1400 isnt bad if your buying a house

I got a better idea let's start a keep fellowes high fund for every 5 bucks it will be getting me 1 blunt

If you heat up credit cards with a lighter you can mold them into cool shapes. When they cool down they remain in the shape you molded. I think I invented a new form of art . . .
