good luck with that man i cant to see how it comes out!!!! keep me posted
ya, 1400w... 1000wHPS and 400wMH on a circular light mover... beleive it was 36 plants in 2 gallon containers, though 3 gal. containers would have been better. that was a soil grow. deffinitely got at least a 1/2 gram per watt on that grow. and the light mover deffinitely helped me to utilize those lights to the fullest. though i'd usually choose buying another light over a light mover... if electrical consumption wasn't a concern. its all gravy in the navy, sometimes it just makes more sense to use what you've already got. maybe invest some more green after you've grown some greenDaGambler how many plants did you put in that 7x7 room and how much light 1400w??
i'm not sure man, but i can make some general suggestions...Bump can anyone help with those problems
my apologies for being a bit off topic... but you could grow 30 plants under the 600watt light alone... like GypsyBush with a sea of clones. Just a matter of how tall and wide you want them to be before and during the flower cycle... if ur shooting for a somewhat standard 12" inches tall sea of green at the switch to 12/12... in maybe 2 or 3 gallon pots, that should be plenty of lumens to support healthy and robust growth. That exactly what Im doing. I want to put 20 jillybean and 10 3rd dimension under 3 hoods one that houses 1 600w shps and a 400w mh, then I have 2 brand new seperate lights and hoods that are 400w shps that will also hang over them. All in all Ill have 1800 watts 4 bulbs 1 600w hps 2 400w hps and 1 400w mh. Will this be efficient enough for 30??
