As a matter of fact I do have a buddy in prison not jail for selling pot to a undercover and some other stuff. He had all extra plant stuff on his rec and all. He was in troble for something else but he got in a lot more trouble for that. True. And yes prison. He didnt think the judge would throw the book at him. But he did. Hes gone and I didnt even make it back to town to say goodbye. Thats real. And he didnt even do it. He maybe drove the guy and was "careful" and it wuld have not been a crime if the letter of the law was followed but it rarely is. If the cop wants to give you the business there isnt jack you can do about it. Id rather pull a beer out and drink it next time I'm pulled over than call a cop and tell him I grow and I'm invloved with blackmail extortion or anything of the like. You cant have anything but dried bud in the trunk, home
or despensary. Only can grow for personal use and then you must prove your a patient. If your fortunate enough to live in the one of the only communities that tolerent of of cultivation good for you.

What the heck is that..Do you know that in the US there are certain States which have recognized Marijuana as a Legal Medication? I don't think chronic pain, nausea, AIDS, muscle spasms has anything to do with being fortunate; infact its quiet opposite.
If I keep re-reading what you wrote, it could also mean you think there are communities that might think cultivation is a way of life. There is one in the US, that being the emerald triangle....anywhere else in the US I am pretty sure it is heavily frowned upon. Do you know of other communities or subdivisions where this is ok? I don't think that because MMJ is legal in a particular state, the masses will be tolerant of cultivation in the backyard.

I am in Colorado. My plants had better harvest over a qp per plant or I am not doing something right. As I have stated before: I have had the authorities on my property, showed them the documentation given to me by the Department of Public Health and Environment and they went on about their day. To say they are going to the feds or have me in some log book is just ridiculous. They are trying to catch my neighbor Zazi and his towelhead friends.
Before I had my license I was charged with 3 felonies. 1 for distribution which was class 4, 1 for cultivation which was class 4, 1 for steroids which was class 3. Went to District 2 court (one away from murderers) and walked away with 1 misdemeanor of cultivation of 1-8 oz, 48 hours of community service, 2 years probation, $1500 in fines. After getting my license 12 days after the raid, I have since pissed hot everytime for probation; with no repercussions. Spent 18 days on 30 in county for a year off probation and court costs.
All in all, first hand experience is way more realistic in comparison to your rambling hearsay. Do you even read what you're typing?

Dude there is now way a noob who is asking the likes of us for legal advice has a legal grow in any sense of the word. He is not legal. He is not growing 6 plants. He said he has 38 ready to go almost. LEOs consider that mature. If it looks like a good pot plant they callit mature. They rip it up take a picture and stuff it in a bag or box. Good bye. I'd say the cops would be on their way downtown to chinatown with the poster and all his plants in under one hour. Never take a cop to your crop.
