ROFLMFAO
Dude there is now way a noob who is asking the likes of us for legal advice has a legal grow in any sense of the word. He is not legal. He is not growing 6 plants. He said he has 38 ready to go almost. LEOs consider that mature. If it looks like a good pot plant they callit mature. They rip it up take a picture and stuff it in a bag or box. Good bye. If you want it back get an attorney if your compliant. There is no "legal" al tleast in CA. Thre is only 215/420 compliant and criminal. Period. Real life not internet BS. To be legal you have to be illegal. Its a catch 22. Everyone in this movements seems to get that but you on this oard saying its all legal. If it was I'd have been on home and garden ype site getting pointer not here as would you. Don't BS. Its about the LEOs deciding on a case by case basis how to deal with you. You mist likely need to deal with real people in the real wolrd instead of doing whatever you do. According to the original poster he was a coop or something. If he was he would need an attorney on retainer or be real smart to do paper work. Believe me. The US governemt will not ever allow people to grow all that good weed without getting a bigger than half piece of the pie. Don't fool yourself. You will now when it is truly legal and you will not have to subject to this type of persecution but itdoes exist. We all know the jails and prisons ore overflowing with marijuana users. Most are in there for far less than our poster has admitted to us. How long do you think it would be before LEO had him admitting he was a big drug dealer and a bad person. That is what they do. He would not be dealing with a beat cop who would take his plant and tell him thats a no-no. He would be dealing with the top DTs at the department. it would have the full attention of the vice squad or something similar. It would get passed to narcotics at the end for sure. No doubt. The first thing they would do is rip that shit up and take it. Do you think they are going to post a cop in his weed patch to wait for the badguy or end the whole thing in one fell swoop. I'd say the cops would be on their way downtown to chinatown with the poster and all his plants in under one hour. Never take a cop to your crop.

do you ever make it beyond the ASA website?

the "neighbor" is still growing. i drive by there weekly. they were going to make him tear down his greenhouse because he didn't get building permits. the garden stayed.:blsmoke:

first off my type??? pls tell me my type.. second i do not live in cali and my op is not legal but i also make more in a yr ... thats not important.

(this is a example of spacing your post to make it easier to read .take notes)

whats important is if someone was tryin to strong arm me for my medicine whether its pot or vicodin or a fuckin inhaler i would most def bring the blackmail evidence to the authorities.

(another example)

what was your answer again to pay him off or kill him.. u have no clue what your talkin about so do yourself a favor and change your name and start fresh ..

Growing outdoors always leads to problems if the plants are visible at all. It should never be done. The fact that this guy hasnt just taken what he wanted means he wont turn you in most likely. He probably just wants some free weed. I would say the biggest risk is the blackmailer telling someone else who turns you in. No matter what, you will soon be the talk of the neiborhood if your recieving so much attention for growing marijuana. You and your buddies fucked up. If it was me, I would pull those pants and move. But if you own your property or have a lease it may take a long time to find someone to take the property over. So that may be an issue. Ultimately you are responsible for having a sloppy grow and putting your freedom at risk.

pull the plants and move?

that's your advice?

Thank you for posting that. It really actually proves my point. When someone gets wind of a marijuana grow it gets in the news. its the talk of the neighbor-hood, water cooler, what have you. But worst of all it becomes the talk of the PD. Unless you are prepared to deal with that. Real co-ops have security so that doesn't happen. Having good legal advice not anonymous internet users name calling. He also got rid of 76 plants when police got involved since we are reading between lines now. So he was growing for two people. 12x2=24. 12 being the max number of plants.

what proves my point is that dude did not get in trouble for growing. he still grows. no charges were filed. no arrests. no tickets. so it proves you are wrong, actually.

the allowed # in sonoma county is 30 plants. you should know this. you should also know plant counts were declared unconstitutional.

you did say you belonged to the ASA didn't you?

CA Supreme Court Lets Stand Landmark Medical Marijuana Cultivation Ruling - http://www.safeaccessnow.org/article.php?id=5800

"By refusing to review this case, the California Supreme Court sends a strong message that local law enforcement must uphold the medical marijuana laws of the state and not competing federal laws,"
