wow. this was actually really close call. the helicopter wasn't for me apparently but my landlord busted into my apartment (no knocking. just opened the door). luckily i was like home but now i'm all freaked out.

He said he smelled gas and was worried for my safety.

land lords have the right to go into your apt
if its an emergency
like smelling gas
a leeking pipes
if you leave your alarm clock on and people start complaining
and many more
for anything else they have to give you notice
changing furnice filters, spraying for bugs, culking windows, painting, laying carpet, checking plumbing

this is why you should not grow in a apt
