8 BubbleHeads start 12/12

i started 12/12 5 weeks ago sex was shown 3 weeks ago

I am jealous, I just harvested about 3 weeks ago and I miss going to look at the girls. cant wait to get things rollin again. goodluck to all bubbleheads on their 12/12 voyage, hopefully your future holds many hot little whores that bare no balls.
 
Well, I got home and found my old handy dandy magnifying glass and I decided to look at my plants nodes.

I hope this pic is clearly visable to you when enlarged. At the upper top visable node, two little hairs (pistils) can be seen in the caylx. And this is only 6 days after starting the 12/12 Light Cycle.





I am just showing you my magnifying glass in the 2nd pic. I am not trying to show you anything through the magnifying glass.

Everything I have ever read says that Males show PRE-FLOWERES first, and that the biggest, tallest, fastest growing plant in a group is always a Male. Let me also state I have very poor vision and my color blindness adds to the difficulty of seeing different shades of green.
But I found this female Pre-Flower first and I can not find a Male Pre-Flower anywhere. And it is my 2nd tallest fastest growing plant!

I am amazed and just telling you what I found.
 
well i got rid of my cfl's and installed my diy cooltube. witht he cfl's my temp was 83. with the 400 hps cooltube its 76. res temp was 75, now its 70. killer man. i thought the numbers would raise. so anyhow, here they are. sex is known allready on these two plants. lots of tops. wish i knew what the yields ganna be. im hoping for 2 oz's.

hey guys i just found this for sale on craigslist for 25 bucks it looks like a hps i called the guy he said he does not know how many watts or what kind it is he said it looks like a street light and its xtra brite so is it worth it what do yall think

Proper ventilation is always the key! Ya done good! With the 400 in place and the way the plants look I think you are talking 2-3 oz per plant at least and probably more! I see lots of buds sites and they are even so the light will get to them all on tops! You may have some 4-6 gram top buds. I always have a couple of over achievers. Nice simple compant grow site you got there!

PS,

No real idea what that is but street lights around here are about 150 watt HPS for the most part. Is there a manufactures name on the metal part of the light? If you get it and it is 150 watt HPS I'd at least plan to blow some air on it as it does not look ventable but 150 watters are not that hot.

hey man. thanks for the compliment. it feels good to not worry about heat issues in the south east during the end of summer. i was thinking 2 oz per plants max, but was told by someone on here 8 oz's. i cant believe that at all. 2-3 would be great. im hoping that 400 will be more than enough for the two ladies. time will tell.

I meant 2-3 per plant easy. 6 total is very doable and 8 is not out of the question. When you set it up right and make sure the light, nutes and air are good then the genetics are what controls the yield. I would expect at some point that capopy will get uneven and then we can talk about supercropping for canopy control.

What strain you growing? Now I'm curious. Those look like a fine strain!

its just bagseed brother, from a friend who i used to buy from. i think each plant is different strains, but i might be wrong. i acually did some supercropping today, which involved in me pressing the stem between my fingers in two directions and then bend over the top. is this correct? i saw it on you tube with a video Remo did from urban growers. i was not going to supercrop anymore once flowering was induced trying not to stress plant out too much. if i had to keep canopy even i was just going to lst with fishing line. what do you thinks best? 6 is doable, and 8 is possible? geeze. lemme know whatcha think is best. i am using ff open sesame, beastie bloom, and cha ching for flower. i also have flora nova grow, green fuse bloom stimulator, and clearex in my nute cabinet.

the last grew i did was in my old house. i used my 400 hps, but it was in a hood, and temps were higher. i grew 14 plants in small containers close together. never really weighed dried bud, but i think i had about 4 oz's. i never topped them or anything, and with dirt and small pots i think it had a major effect on yield. heres a pic of my last dirt grow.

looks like a Halogen light to me. I could be wrong.
 
I supercrop during both the veg and flower cycle. As soon as they stop growing vertically it becomes less needed. I then work on leaf tucking if one gets inthe way of an underbud. LST works about as well but to tie something heavy to a stem may allow it to snap on occasion. Never had one snap with supercrop.

I think dirt always yield a little less than hydro. Don't know the FF line that well but that a lot of bud pushers you got there.

when the lights came on this morning i checked res, and room temp lows for the night.....res was 67, and room was 71. i was shocked. i hope these kinds of temps will help with seriouse bud, and trichome production. hottest it gets with lights on is 77 in room, and 72 in res.

I am always amazed how we ignore the Thread Title and just post anything anywhere.
I guess we are all a bunch of stoners but it would of been a nice thread for BUBBLEHEADS to post about their 12/12 start.

it still is a great thread for us bubbleheads brother, well just weed out the dirtbags and such as we go. roseman, you been flowering for about a week right? any nice pre flowers starting to show?

AFTER 5 days, I saw some 1/4 inch long hairs, and after 6 days, 1/2 inch long ones, and I posted pics at my thread, last two or 3 pages:

I have books that say a mature plant (vegged in hydro 5 weeks) will show pre-flowers before starting 12/12, but I never saw them until this grow. Go look.
