South Texas- Glad to see you back and posting again. I am really glad to see you still have a passion for the topic. You sound like you have some knowledge,good bs or both? Either way I wish you luck! You may need some. I hope your efforts changes something on this topic thru your efforts in law. Someone has to do it. At some point a plant that provides so much good and very rarely on it's own bad must change law and most of public opinion. I hope your in communication with normal and other more public people on the subject. I am sure they can lend support in several areas. At some point I hope you make head waves for the hobby and go public on the subject.

This reminds me of how NASCAR got it's start with moonshine running illegal booze and now it's a top drawing sport and drinking booze and buying it everywhere is legal......

The weather is unpredictable at best
The water quality is... fucking terrible. the only time I use tap water is to wash my dishes.. I wont even cook with the shit
Here in mid-tn (the cumberland valley) the humidity is unbearable, comparable to southern fl in the summertime.
helicopters... helicopters helicopters.. the fuckers are EVERYWHERE, I see at least one a day during grow season.. more realistically 3... and they fly at night too.. scary
planting up a holler on copperhead rdsounds cool in the song, but the reality is unless the hollow is big enough to be a real valley... you get either morning sun or afternoon sun.. rarely both, without removing some of the overhead growth... then theres the choppers... pricks
and the critters.. theres lots of em that like to munch on your shit... pisses me off every time.
soil quality is GREAT... but the soil depth is terrible.. bedrock all over the place, most of it exposed, lots of glacial boulders too
some of the best people ive ever met have been native born tennesseans... but sadly some of the shadiest, punk ass loud mouth ignorant fucking bitches that would snitch out there best friend to avoid a speeding ticket are here too... in bigger numbers than the good people
then theres the meth problem..
and last but not least, and my personal biggest thing i cant stand about tn.. TN DRIVERS
but land is cheap... very cheap if you know where to look... but usually means it wont percolate
theres no state income tax in tn!!!!
the cost of living is low
we make the best shine. hands down
good fishing and hunting
biker friendly
beutiful place to liv ein, especially east tn and the chattanooga areas
they line up to pay 4-500 for a zip of some dank.. at least in the city anyways
and theres still a ton of agriculture that goes on... which means co-ops and tsc and other supply houses are everywhere!

it has its pros and cons like everywhere else.. just thought id lay out some of them for you. i moved indoors... and have been happy ever since.
again good luck with the pork rinds... sounds like there gonna need all the help they can get dealing with you...
..and coming from someone that has beaten them before, your right about requesting a trial then post poning it forever that shit drives them nuts, tying up the coutroom with hearing after hearing ;) just becareful ambushing ole gomer when hes on the stand.. the d.a. might be waiting for it, have a good second point to bring up if he shoots you down.

I just read this whole thread (quite the read from the beginning).

I can't make a determination at this point if you've got it all goin' on upstairs? Many of your posts have been insightful and very educational. But at other times, it reminds me of Charles Manson for some reason.

Hope it's just some crazy connection I'm making, but best of luck to you brother.

Sometimes, I get drunk in the morning, get stoned in the afternoon... sometimes I make Human mistakes, and I ask forgiveness of such...., or revel in the fact that we are all Human with our own "Row to Hoe". Tom T. Hall wrote about Old Dogs and Children, & Watermelon Wine. Life can be so laid back, to laugh & cry at the antic's of... setting Duck Eggs under a layinging (chicken) Hen. When that Baby chick (Duck) see's the water, all hell breaks loose, the baby is swimming, the Mama Hen is screamiming, "MY Baby is drowning!!!" Or a Baby Deer wearing Pampers in the House, until He's ready to fight the Gesse & Sheep for his food. Anyway, Charlie Mason stone casting person. I'd rather be left alone,... but if I see You or what you love, or just a stray dog be abused... I'm sorry, but I can't be a coward. The Kitten's, Puppy's, Person's pain is not exceptable. I would rather it be Me than a less defenseless person, such as You, the stone caster.

Definitely a great story teller though. When recalling your thoughts and the details of previous experiences it's intriguing to read, but then every now and then just crazy speak.

Had the initial Court date, simply to assign a Court Appt. Atty. I want this process, not from lack of money.... Let's not freak. A Cruise on a big ship, or a tour is really cool. But a lot of the fun can be on the planning. I want/insist that this cause of action be done from the poorest aspect as possible. I've never met anyone facing 10 years with pocket aces. With that hand, I can play... My interest is seeing the Chess pieces moved. For instance, I told the Court Appt. Atty. (CAA, hereafter) that no pleas was on the table. First thing the Bitch done was run to the DA, gave me a good deal, "Plead to doing 8 out of ten". The DA moves the Queen out, using the CAA as cover. As a Chess Player, sometime we do that, only to intimidate. To distract, a farce, if you will. I don't blame them. Good Move. This move bores me.
The birth of Pleas IS interesting. First of all, it's an oxymoron. No Plea of guilt can be utilized under cohersion, threats, physical abuse, tomfoolery at it's finest. NOR, the promise of the 8 out of ten. If one chooses, ask the DA to put in writting, and they will not/never, because it is not legal. Just a Queen to intimidate. Many years back, the dicuss came about that, altho each person indicted of a Felony Offense has a right to a Jury Trial, if that person confessed up front of guilt, why should the Court's docket, the tax payers, go through the motions? Good Move. That application evolved into a monster, a whipping post. Simply because out of every person charged with a felony offense, the Court's time schedule only has time for 20% of the Person's charged with the full scope of a the Jury Trial Right. But who, which one of the scum of the Earth, guilty bastards will hold out for His or Her Rights? They don't know. Enter, stage left, the Plea Bargain shit.
In each County, District, a docket sheet is published monthly, as to which Attys. will provide Defense for the poor, down-trodden. At 200 "Clients" per month, at State payment of $250 per Plea (1988 stats), the BMW & Golf Fees is paid. It's an easy life, "The DA is REALLY pissed at this, take a Plea!!" To maintain the car & golf payments, a Servant of the State, of the DA's Office. If He/She was to demand a Jury Trial, the Bitch is taken off the Docket.... no more BMW, Golf Fees, gravvy work. This is what I wanted You People to know. Cool?
