Medi Grow: Northern Lights, Aurora Indica, Sour Diesel and more!

Well to start things off.. I stayed up all nice once again due to not being able to sleep.. this f***ing blows..

HOWEVER!

I got everything pretty much set up..
BUT! Having the pump in the reservoir and running the feeder tube to the bucket is eventually making the grow bucket over flow..

So I've decided to move the pump into the grow bucket, attach a 1/2" tubing to the exhaust of the pump where it will be capped off on the end, then put a "T" fitting on the end of that to run my 1/4" feeder tube (which will have a 4gph drip nozzle attached to, NEED some help on that, too much flow?) to the net pot.

The reservoir is now passive, I'll be adding a separate air pump + air stone(s) to keep the water oxygenated and non stagnant.

I think this should work, Probably someone has thought of this and done it already with success... But I like to go buy a bunch of stuff get home and figure out what I can do with it, for some reason it's more satisfying in the end..

Hey twils i wanted to get your opinion on how close these two plants are. I feel I have been harvesting too early and any suggestions would help. The first eight pictures are of one plant and the last five are of the other. Oh yeah both plants are on day 57 of flower.

Sure is my friend, I just had to really sit down and draw it out a few times, FINALLY got it figured out. Picked up some more foil tape today so will finish light proofing my bucket tonight and hopefully get the tutorial finished.

TKO keeps amazing me every day! I've got a couple clones that I need to decide which one to make a mama out of, but in the long run I'd love to end up breeding her with some more killer genetics! I've been looking a lot at Subcool's strains and would love to get in touch with him to see if I could use or he would mind His genetics are freaking killer!

Man I'd go with like 46; 2 gallon smart pots in that flowering tent on a perpetual cycle! If my legal limit allowed me that would be my thing I think. Either way if you perfect your bucket system you will be very happy, I don't know much about E&F, but if you know it and think that would be better off for you then go with that. Either way with what ever set up you go with you could really cram some killer stuff in that flowering tent!

No I can't say she really did, She's been quite a hardy little gal. Seems to me she took off a lot faster than any others actually.

Just checking. Wanted to make sure they weren't in a different thread or something and I missed it. I started my new construction over the weekend. Veg room is about half done, and can't start the flower room till thes set of Blue Kush is done. I might try to snap some pics and get it them up so people can see the progress so far.

Nope not up yet! Just want to make sure I only have to do it once, so there are no water or light leaks any where, things like that.

Next watering they will be switched to Beastie Bloomz from Open Sesame.

Northern Lights is going to need to be tied down really soon, She's currently about 1/8th of an inch away from the glass

they look great. I am jelous right now. Had a bit of bad luck. I'll see if they're alive in the morning. Imagine a plant that needed to get watered 2 days ago. Almost limp, all leaves drooping, but now imagine what that looks like when its in dwc and floatin in nutrients. I have never seen plants look so bad, and they were fine this morining. I think it was some kind of reaction with the new General Hydroponics organic bio root and calmag.

The short version is I am still currently using fox farm nutes, but my plants seemed to be showing a minor calcium deficiency. So I went in search of an organic cal/mag. Then stubbled accross GH new organic line and figured I'd give it a shot. I always test new nutrients on unimportant plants first, with the exception of this time, since it was just some root stimulator and calmag. What a mistake. Going to see how they're doing now. Been stegulating, afraid of what I might see.
