I'm pretty sure that expanding governmental powers is def. evil. repubs included.expanding governmental powers is evil...unless its done by republicans...then its patriotic.
then we see eye to eye there. i just find it funny how certain others refuse to connect the dots.I'm pretty sure that expanding governmental powers is def. evil. repubs included.
Quite literally this is how it works.expanding governmental powers is evil...unless its done by republicans...then its patriotic.
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to PVS again.
Right on, how do you add rep?then we see eye to eye there. i just find it funny how certain others refuse to connect the dots.
its all a farce anyhow. every president expands governmental powers while practicing 'divide and conquer'
by keeping the middle-class bickering among themselves like good little sheep.
I don't know. That sounds a lot like anarchy which doesn't work either. Gov't is a necessary evil and smaller is better.Kappainf,
How can I get you to want NO government?
I understand the idealogical differences but in reality???? It seems like there is always a hidden agenda. It all seems like a ploy to keep the American people in the dark and fighting amongst each other while the folks in washington are patting each other on the back and lining their pockets. Corruption seems more rampant today than it has ever been in this country. There is a big difference between rep's and dem's and ind's. All pol's are greedy, but at least the republicans are pro business and low taxes (most of the time). Business is the engine which powers everything else we enjoy, from roads to feeding the poor.
What we have today is a mindset in D.C. that they are the engine.
It will all end in tears.....
I don't understand....Please explain your position.no faith in government...huh please dont even ask why....i dont think that needs a answer...
The reason it seems that way is because whenever the Repukes are in office, most of the media slings mud 24/7. It is the opposite when a democrat gets in.... Obama is like that squared.....and he still complains.... (boo hoo)I understand the idealogical differences but in reality???? It seems like there is always a hidden agenda. It's bad, I know. And unfortunately most people get their "information" from one source, which is not good if you want to have a chance of being informed. The reason it seems that way is because whenever the Repukes are in office, most of the media slings mud 24/7. It does sound a lot like anarchy! That word carries so much baggageI don't know. That sounds a lot like anarchy which doesn't work either. Gov't is a necessary evil and smaller is better.
Come on....Wherever people live together there needs to be a set of rules. Unfortunately people would quickly get out of control if there is absolutely nothing to stop them from doing whatever they want. Sounds great in theory but one only has to look at human nature to see that this would never work.It does sound a lot like anarchy! That word carries so much baggage
I'm not trying to prove that market anarchy is the only efficient, non-violent solution to all social problems. Right now all I'm saying is A. government is evil (as you've admitted) and B. it does not work (the government is taking on unsustainable amounts of debt which will lead to an inevitable collapse at some point down the road).
If something is evil, we erradicate it, we do not make it smaller.
anarchism does not preclude a set of rules nor an enforcement mechanism to keep those rule breakers in line. it does demand a more altruistic ethos than what we see around us today or at least a more enlightened form of self-interest. no one believes that anarchistic principles can be instituted overnight, but as a goal it is worthwhile.Come on....Wherever people live together there needs to be a set of rules.
