For all the FOX, Beck, Limbaugh, Conservative Haters.

Glen Beck and Bill O'Riley are the king of TV trolls. I think they have even gotten to the point where they believe their own shit spew.

Can you really watch Glen Beck and take him seriously. I mean, the man crys on national TV, and it's not even convincing.

I'm not a Gelenn Beck fan, but I have to say I enjoy watching him hand Team Obama their ass!

Here are a couple of funny ones from Beck:

--John Holdren, director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, "has proposed forcing abortions and putting sterilants in the drinking water to control population."

--"Why do we have automatic citizenship upon birth? We're the only country in the world that has it."

--If you log into the government's Cash for Clunkers Web site (cars.gov) from your home computer, the government can "seize all of your personal and private" information, and track your computer activity. Mostly, what they seem to do is distort things. They almost ignore news that doesn't fit their agenda, and go crazy with things that do.

I don't know how anyone can take any of the big network news channels too seriously. Their priorities are to be entertaining/boost ratings, and to push their agendas.

That's bull. Show us where Beck said any of that.

Glen Beck is a bit much. He was much better on Radio. I don't buy all of his shit. O'Reilly can be a bit of a bully but he does have some pretty honest reporting. Everyone in the news biz gets it wrong every now and then. So if someone has a 20 shows a month for an hour and they mess something up say two or three times a month. I'm ok with that.

The Red Eye on Fox is a fantastic comedic news show. They have a growing base of viewers and their guest lists are becoming impressive.

There is a saying in business "if you don't have receive any complaints than you aren't doing enough business." Meaning you aren't covering enough ground if no one has anything bad to say about you. People dis Fox because of it's tremendous following and viewership.

Lots of politicians and political-zealot entertainers caught in lies on that site. Some are pretty funny (and scary).

You really think the network news station that backs your views is honest and straightforward?
Personally, the only one that I trust much to be fair is BBC, but I still watch and listen to left/right entertainment/spin news quite a bit though.

Fox News’ Glenn Beck said that the government will get complete access to your computer and all of your files when you log on to Cars.gov for the Cash for Clunkers program. Is there any truth to this?
This claim is false. Beck quoted from a security message on the site for dealers, not the site for the general public.

That's sort of true, with that one...
'Although Beck began his segment by noting that the warning was on a part of the site for dealers, Guilfoyle then distorted the truth by suggesting it applied to members of the general public coming to the site for information about Cash for Clunkers. The allegations escalated as she and Goldberg issued warnings about anyone even typing in that address at home. And that's just wrong.
Beck seemed to concede that point when raising the issue again on Aug. 3.'

How about the other lies he was caught in?

You don't seriously believe that Faux News is 'fair and balanced' any more than the other big networks do you? In fact, IMO they are the network that least deserves that title. Although, they are outnumbered by left leaning stations, so I guess their over-the-top bias does balance things out overall.

All of these guys have their own agendas. Some coincide with a certain polictical party's views and some don't. Problem is, most people only hear what they want to. It's human nature. If you want to have a chance of being informed and getting a good, rounded view of the mountain of information, you gotta get your news from multiple sources. These opinion guys do make us aware of some of the stuff the major news organizations aren't reporting on. It's important to remember they are all going to spin these stories to suit their agendas. If people can realize this they stand a much better chance of making up their own minds instead of just spewing regurgitated soundbites from the O'Reilly Factor. :peace:

FOX news should have to change their name to FOX opinion because every show is all right wing opinions so for them to call it by any other name is not only dishonest and immoral, it confuses the less educated folks who watch their programs and take the opinions as a fact. One reason why many of the health care town hall meetings were out of control is because of people who don't know any better watching programs like Beck then going out and committing crimes or violence because they are all worked up about some horsepuckey they heard on Limbaugh or Hannity.

people who watch and believe in Fox news are now called "Fox"suckers..Like STFU you stupid Foxsucker ..lol

Has anyone seen doobnva around lately. Oh, wait I forgot, I'm doob. I got so wrapped with my alias I actually forgot who I am. Colossal liberal douchebag spouting MoveOn.org's talking points and cheerleading the destruction of this fine country... ok, now I'm centered.

Wow, I really am getting confused. Did you see that I said they committed crimes and violence because they watched Beck and then in the same sentence I contradicted myself and said it was because of Limbaugh and Hannity.

I also forgot the only violence and crime at the tea parties was in my head.

Oh and I forgot to say I'm a far right Conservative. LOL @ myself on that one... that's the whole reason I'm trolling in this alias in the first place.

Keith Olbermann and Mao Tse Tung are the two people I turn to most, cause I'm a conservative.

Get a life troll.

Well this thread sucked. If all Fox, Limbaugh, and conservatives were only spewing false bullshit, then there should have been a whole lot more evidence. Where is it?
