do you have little flies flying around? If so it's white flies no worries all you have to do is catch em, use duct tape. Stick it around your grow like ol time fly traps. works! Hope this helps but if not, the internet is full of rambling idiots. keep searching....lol

Thanks for the input tricomb but I haven't seen anything flying around, what I have seen was a few what I think are spider mites little white bugs but only a few. what I do is wipe the bottom of the leaves to get rid of any eggs they mite have laid.
I'm going to start using lady bugs next week to try and control them but as of now I can only see a few.

anyone now what this is?

Take a look at this post, way down towards the bottom under spidermites and thripes and see if it looks like what you've got: http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=11688 . By your description - "little white bugs" - it sounds like thripes...

Man thanks so much for that link it really helped alot, I think they are thripes because that picture looks like what's going on with my leafs. My father works for a fertilizer pesticide company and is gonna bring me some pesticides from work, I asked him what else can I use besides chemicals he suggested dish soap and water i'm going to try the soap see if that works if not I'm gonna go with the pesticides he brings home.
