Why doesn't Obam just release the birth certificate, if there is nothing to hide?

So lets see, his parents were in Kenya when he was born and called the hawaiian press and told them to issue a false birth announcement, they then forged a hawaiian, (US) birth certificate, secretly placed it on file in Hawaii, then waited 45 years to make sure he would run and be elected to the presidency, and you righties talk about conspiracy theories?

Hmm I think most intelligent people can see the agenda hasn't changed. It is the same ol same ol except more socialism added for a portion of the masses to remain calm. We are being robbed by central bankers that have put every president you have gotten in the last 30 years into power. Leaders are not elected but rather selected. When the majority leave their sports, sitcoms,ipods and playstations down for a minute and think of just how bad they are being screwed they would revolt. Some things I remember being promised immediatly after being elected was to repeal the patriot act and get us out of these failed wars. The war has expanded and the patriot act has been upgraded. Anyone fooled by this rockerfeller plant is sadly going to be very disappointed.
Remember he approved the stealing of your kids and grandkids money to give to huge banking cartels " Goldman Sach's and Chase" over a trillion dollars. If your wondering what being screwed up your ass feels like.Wonder no more.

There are two possibilities:
1) There is no birth certificate. This is most likely since Obama has spent nearly $2 million now fighting efforts to make him release it, or acknowledge it doesn't exist.
2) There is a valid long form bc but there is something on it so embarrassing it cannot be released. Some speculate a father other than Barack Obama Sr.

As far as I'm concerned, it is no longer about Obama's bc or lack of one. he has gotten away with it. No matter what happens, the supreme court will not remove him from office.

What is important now is to see it doesn't happen again. If there is a move to change the constitution, fine - I might support it. But until then it must be honored and it will be. From now on, any candidate for president or vice president in any state is going to have to produce full documentation on constitutional eligibility to get on the ballot. We should all be able to agree on that much if nothing else.

The Supreme court has not authority to remove B-Rock. Only congress can remove him. They can look and review evidence and make recommendations to congress but thats about it. This nov will make it a big story. If the Senete changes majority- there will be a review by congress and who knows what the fall out will be.
I say remove the guy for 'hiding' facts from investgators.

Well, that's just not true. While there is no precedent, the supreme court obviously has the authority to cite the constitution and rule that Obama was not eligible, is not eligible and does not hold the office. They won't do that, and I agree they shouldn't, because it would create a huge constitutional crisis over whether any official action taken by Obama was now void. Never happen, but they certainly have the authority. Congress, on the other hand, can only impeach for high crimes and misdemeanors, not for ineligibility.

Anyway, the point is that from now on all candidates on pres or vp ballots must have a document review of record. I'm sure that from now on candidates will be falling all over themselves waving their birth certificates at the cameras.

That was my original stance until I began to look into why the 'Court' was stonewalling the suits- and then they claimed that is was not in there authority to remove him if the evidence was found to be lacking proof of US citizenship. They went on to say that only congress can remove him

To me thats a funny little side step around the law if I may say it that way. Why not just look into all the facts and then turn your legal opinion over to congress.

I think thats a 'simple english' way saying what they 'intend' to do.

Our problem is- the damage has already been done.

And, it Obama is found to be lacking citizenship- I think he shoule go to jail for a very long time.

He lied to the whole world and dry phucked every single American in this country. Libs might like that - but I don't.

What if it were bush who lied to the world and then .... did the same as Obama to the libs??? They would be screaming for his death.

I don't know who "they" are but the supreme court has heard nothing on this case and the courts that have heard it have rules on narrow standing issues only. I'm pretty up on this and no court has ever said that only congress has the authority to remove him and no court would ever say such a thing but I'd like to see citations. By the way, the courts would not be removing him, they'd be declaring he isn't the president and never was.

The case now moving in court is not about Obama's eligibility but about the failure of several parts of government to ensure his eligibility. The goal is to guarantee it can't happen again not to remedy what may have already been done. I don't know one republican who would want Obama removed from office now - he's too politically valuable where he is!

I've been searching for a document sent to us by a former roommate- Patrick. He was with the Secret Service on the US Supreme Court detail for 5 or so years. (Persoanl Body Guard for 3 different Jusices during that time.)

The document- which is on the web- simply states that the Court can not remove a president from office (most cases were seeking something to that effect as you know). The court gave word that they had no authority to remove him but may review material provided (at a later date)
Again, I thought this to be a funny little two step to avoid the very thing you addressed above.
It's a mess for sure. No doubt about it.

Then the court held a private meeting with Obama. That's just clouding the water. But they did. And certain cases are set for hearing as you said and may, more than likly, address what you mentioned above.

It does seem that congress dropped the ball at the start and now we're playing 'pick-up-sticks' well after the fact.

One thing is certain: the fallout that may come in November may be larger than what we may even be able to imagine. All because people can't abide by the law; namly- congress doing it's job.

I will continue to look for the doc on the web. But the above is the general gist of it.

BTW Patrick left the court and became a Counter Terrorisum Specialist- being hired by foreign countries through the State Department. What he saw in those years (Africa/Mid East) turned him off. To the point that he left the Service. Currently he is working for the Justice Department.

I am still amazed that Patrick is just like all of us here on this site. Just a person who cares about what 'the powers that be/NWO' are doing to this country. He loves Alex Jones and Norie etc.
