Hi guys, I just wanted to leave a note on how important it is to use caution when your growing in a non-friendly state. I live in North Georgia and was arrested for growing 2 tiny plants. Now I ordered seeds thru Dr. Chronic bought the rest of my gear from local stores and one fine day the Drug task force was knocking on my door. They claimed that they got information from the Georgia Sheriff that i was growing but it had to of been from the Dr. Chronic order that they knew I had bought seeds. I spent a week in jail until I could come up with the bond to get out and now I have been hit with a $3,000.00 fine, 40 community hours and 5 years probation. The only thing I can think of was they tracked the seeds from the seed bank and just waited till prime time, so use caution so that this does not happen to you...

Thats what it seems like mate, i am sooo very dissapointed in our legal system. I mean ok sure I was wrong but how in the hell did they find out? How does so called Barney Fife have the wits about him to track an order like that and wait till the perfect time? And I know for sure my wife would never rat me out, she also smokes. Its all so strange...

Your story is a bit confusing - did they have a search warrant when they came to your house?
Did you plead guilty, or go to trial? You have the right to see all evidence used against you, and have the right to face your accuser, so you should know exactly how they found you.
Packages are searched when they clear customs, and your local Sheriff is not who searches packages.

theres your problem right there, somtimes cops will stake out grow shops and try to bust people that way. move to a big city in your area and order your gear off the net

im not paranoid. its just funny a month ago there were dozens of threads about how you ratted out a local grower. then you come on this thread and talk crap to the guy who made the thread. both of them got their door kicked in and both times you were pissed at them. i dont know just seems like a pathalogical pattern there
