Also, in the last couple weeks he has sent my friend texts about "fire ass purp!" for literally unbelievable prices. We decided not to take him up on the offers because it just sound way too good to be true/ could be a sting operation or something. Now that this has happened Im inclined to believe that this fuck has been trying to rob him/us for a while now and has most certainly ripped off other people before.

Scum like this doesnt deserve to walk the streets. He's destined for a jail cell, and most definitely a world-class ass beating.

Do that if you wish then but it will get around the neighborhood from one of the cops that you told and most likely no one will fuck with you any more.Was this just your money? because if it was just yours the guy you were with might of had something to do with it to and also if you file some false bullshit to the cops im pretty sure you could get charged for that aswell.

My friend is also my partner and I've known him for years. We split the cost of the bottle so Im only out $30. Pocket change, I know, but like I said it isnt about the money, it's about respect (PRICELESS). We met this git at a public pool a couple months ago. We havent ever bought from him because 1. We have plenty of sources for kind weight. 2. We grow our own anyway and 3. He just looks like a sketchy ass scumbag.

This was just a test run to see if he could get quality syrup, ended up blowing up in our faces.

this is what id do. might have even done something like it in this past.

call him up, explain to him how ur sorry he got busted, tell him how u thinks thats just all fucked up.
then tell him ur interested in some of that purp he's been pushing.... (this is called the hook) set it up so YOU are in control of where he has to meet you to make the deal
here's why-
u need an alley or even better, a parking lot behind a building (that doesnt have cameras on it, duh) that only has one enterance to get in and out of. you want to be able to block the person in after he pulls in to meet you so theres no escape....
when he shows, have ur friend block the escape route with a car so your 'boy' cant pull off.
thats when the baseball bats, chains, whatever works come into play. it also helps to have more people involved, especially if they got robbed by this prick to.
so after the enterance is blocked with the car, smash his car to fucking peices... he wont get out... not against 2+ people with bats.
start by smashing the driver side window, this will get his attention and keep him from trying to drive off as the shock of it will mess up his thoughts.
then tell him you want your money. make sure he knows that he was dumb enough to 'actually think he was going to get away with it'
if he doesnt fork over whatever cash he has, smash a mirror off, dent the hood, do whatever you think is appropiate. but make sure the damage is appropriate.
the key points to remember:
first, u must put the fear of god into this fool. once he is terrified of you he will be your bitch for life. take a percentage of anything he does, if he doesnt pay, make another visit with some baseball bats. this is called 'protection'
second, you must send a message to others that you are not to be trifled with.
third, because if you dont send that message, this guy and all his friends are gonna make a living off of playing you for a fool

In a world without probation (im on it) or consequences, this is word for word what I would do. Being a college student on probation, Im apprehensive about damaging property, using weapons etc.. Im pissed beyond belief but I dont act on emotion. I prefer to go about the situation logically, Going straight up to his house while he was having a party and busting heads probably would have landed all of us in jail. Also he was somewhat expecting us because of the texts, I'd like to let him forget about it for a week or so and then catch him slipping.

i'd wager that you are pretty young and have never stepped foot inside a jail, muchless a prison... go check one out, ask some guys there if they feel like the "respect" they kept by getting there was worth it.... betcha most of em say they would rather be considered a pussy than to be where they are at right now...
