I'm being really patient but it seems the plants aren't doing anything to mature. Yesterday was 60 days of flowering and they look almost the same they did last update it seems. They smell dank as fuck and I can't wait to smoke them but I'll wait because it will be worth it.

The Easyryder is almost ready to chop. I've been sampling its lower branches all week and if properly dried and cured it would be decent bud. It still has a week or so to finish up before it gets really good. The buds filled out the plant really well as you can see by the pictures. The Afghan Kush is starting to purple and should also be ready to chop any day now. I've been flushing both for a week now. The autoflowering plants were fun to grow but I don't think I'll go that route again. I just don't see what the big deal with them is. The yield isn't stellar, they still take a long time to finish, and you can't clone em.

The clones in the hempy bucket were really struggling and it happened to be a bad pH problem. I fixed it yesterday and they have already exploded with new, healthy growth. I'll be really interested to see how big I can get these plants in these tiny little pots using a soilless medium. Anyways, onto the pics...

Lol, I don't really have a choice with my space constraints but thanks! I really hope this is quality. Street bud is good, don't get me wrong but homegrown dank is where its at. :eyesmoke:

I'm upgrading to a 600w 4x4 tent after Christmas, so I can focus on quality and quantity for the week old trainwreck I just started. I'm also switching to a DWC setup, so it should be really interesting.

you won't be dissapointed about upgrading to 600 watts plus the DWC...hydro is so nice because you dont have to worry about over/underwatering :) and shit grows like a weed!! LOL

Woot! I harvested my first plant today! The Afghan Kush Ryder looked done and kinda sad, so I chopped her tonight. She was a tiny little plant that didn't smell at all and I am not too optimistic this smoke is going to be any good. Total wet weight was 17 grams. Not great but whatever...

looking fantastic SSLW. i'm listening to that as i check out ur nugs! as much as they look a little funky off the kush ryder, the colors are fantastic! it'll taste great bro, and if not cure it with dried orange peels or sugar leaves from better smelling plants.

lol, awesome song! Pistola came on when I was walking my dog today, made me think of my username here.

Yeah, the colors are awesome. I'm surprised they turned out so purple, so they definitely will have some bag appeal. Good to hear that your bud smells crappy when first cut too! I can only hope this bud will taste as good and get me as high (that is what really matters) as you think it will after a good cure.

If this question is addressed to me, I can't tell you...this is my first harvest EVER!!!!! :eyesmoke:

I am so excited to cut the rest down but the bagseed looks like it has a few more weeks left. The trics and hairs are just not changing colors yet. The Easyryder is ready to cut as soon as the trics turn. That shit looks DANK.

Well, it dried out enough to grind up and vaporize and it turned out really good. Once the water evaporated, the bud smelled better and had a great aroma once ground up. The vapor is nice and thick. The high lasts a long time and isn't as sleepy as I would have expected. Overall, maybe a 7-8 out of 10. Better than the regs I have been paying for lately but not anywhere near some of the fire I used to find when I lived out in Cali.

Sadly, the yield was pretty pathetic. Dry weight wasn't much more than an eighth, so it lasted me about a day and a half. lol.

The bagseed isn't ripening as quickly as anticipated, so I expect this to be a post-christmas harvest. I am going to harvest the easyryder this weekend. I'll post pics then.

Nice Job! Subscribed. I bought my first light today (150W Hps) and can't start until after the holidays. I will probably use this as a reference. Good luck with your harvest!

lol poor little afghan kush ryder! I got 10x regular auto lowryder mix seeds comin my way and I'm just gonna grow 5 at once and let one pair go to seed under a CFL, ruderalis genes seem valuable to me!

Yeah, I couldn't figure out what her problem was. I flushed and she seemed to get worse, I added nutes and she started burning. The smoke was pretty dank, so I'm not too bummed about it.

Hopefully the autoflowers work out better for you. I just seem skunked on growing a decent autoflower. Only 2 out of 6 seeds made it to harvest and I just wasn't impressed with the yields. You got the right idea making your own seeds. Forget paying out the ass for autoflower seeds everytime.

this is nice, your setup is great! i was thinking of doing a relatively small grow like this one, looks like it's working out pretty well for you. for that yield you mentioned up there, the eighth, that was only from the afghan kush ryder right? and how long did that one go from plant to harvest? definitely gonna keep watching this one, good luck with the rest of your plants!

Thanks for dropping by. I'm glad this thread is useful as reference for micro growers.

Yes, I got about 5 grams dry from the Afghan Kush Ryder. It was planted on 9/30 and harvested on 12/12, so 70 days give or take.

I harvested half the Easyryder this morning in preparation for graduation on Saturday. Definitely want to celebrate with some danky. The other half of the plant I'm going to let go another week and a half so it can get me really stoned after Christmas.
