Hello,
For the past few years I have been running this computer-simulation (it's 100% accurate) for marijuana growing.
What's really strange though, is that every time at the end of the simulation the buds are always stringy. I have tried different drying/curing lengths up to 3 months on the cure, and still no changes. Also have tried different fertilizers, soils, places in the virtual yard. No change of results.
I would like to point out that I have noticed all of the different stages in the simulation and am pretty sure I am not executing the harvest code too soon. I tried when the pistils were dying, when they were nice golden brown, and even when they were still white (which I believe is way too early, I just tried it because I have not been able to cure this problem.)
Could it be the strains that are programmed in are mainly sativa or sativa-dominant strains? I plan on finishing up the code for the indica strains this year to try that, but if there are any pieces of advice that you think I could use, I would appreciate it.
I would really like to get this problem worked out.
Grow Info:
Soil medium
Outdoors
Strains:
Silver Haze #9
Skunk x Haze
Snow Ryder (I guess this actually is an Indica-heavy plant?)
Sunny - Humid climate (Based on Florida's weather in the code)
Shulz's Mega Bloom I believe is the fertilizer (I will go back and look in a few minutes and get the specs)
Un-sulfured blackstrap molasses at every watering (1 tbsp per gallon, except last 5, during last grow sim)
If I forgot to mention anything I'm sorry.
Thanks for your time.
