everyone quit tellin luis that the search was illegal..believe me, they will say that they had probable cause..marijuana smell, snitch, loud noise, wutever it takes..so now onto the next subject...
i would jus say your addicted to MJ and do sum pre trial drug intervention program..you have to pass urnalysis a few times, tho..if not and u wanna go to trial u could stick with the public pretender bc he is a real lawyer in your community..i once paid a lawyer ten grand to help me out on a different type of case, and found out as we were going THRU the trial that he wuz incapable of representing me the way i had hoped.

First, you are in no position to dictate speech to anyone here.

Second, if there was probable cause there would have been no warrant. The coppers screwed the pooch and they knew it right then and there.

Rights were violated. They do not get a mulligan on this.

If you hired a bum attorney it is because you did not perform due diligence.

Back on topic; Louis, let the attorney sort that out. Criminal defense attorneys know all about coppers 'testilying.' A good attorney can see to it that the coppers are accurate in their testimony. Tell the truth to your attorney and let him at 'em.

i'm frm florida....cops there are durty...ask luis...they will cum up wit a reason for PC....if they didnt have it, they will find a way to make it up...believe this..

i still say the problem is probably the neighbors house that they rolled up to first......they know the addresses.....if not dey gotta big ol spotlight to help dem find em.....

u couldnt have smelled weed frm outside

I'm curious how many times I will need to repeat this: Had there been probable cause, no warrant would have been necessary.

The cops fucked up and they knew it. Hence the warrant after the illegal search.

They are hoping Louis is ignorant of his rights.

The Constituition still applies even in Florida.

johnny ur trippin..1st of all, the lawyer that i chose had been wit mHe for six years and had done a great job throwing cases out...getting me write in probation...helping pay my court costs, etc..if anyone was goin to represent me, it was going to be him....now i know why we never went to court all those years lol
anyways, they waited til they got the warrant to search..they entered on PC, then got a warrant for futher investigation upon "smelling MJ and seeing paraphenalia or wuteverrrR"....maybe they say "to make sure there wasnt a grow op we got a warrant".
regardless jon your still correct..luis all we can do as a community is sympothise? with you..over sum, little advice...bu your best thing to do is to speak with your lawyer, as he will kno the specifics..if u dont like him, get another.

also, if you wanna go back and forth johnny...you can talk to yourself..too many ppl on here get all butt hurt over opinions.

wow...you guys have some crazy laws and cops across the border. i've walked down the street smoking a joint too many times to count...downtown, at bus stops, near the mall, dude...we've had cops drive by as we're walking down the street toking. they just dont really care...and even when they do stop you with pot on you...all they do is make you put it on the ground and stomp all over it lol. i dont think they even confiscate it. one guy i know had a 1/2 Oz on him and all his rent money in cash...the cop really had no idea what to do, my buddy didnt get in any sort of trouble.

i remember being taken to the emergency room via ambulance once for a psychotic episode, and i had told the paramedic that the drugs they give me dont work, only pot does, and that i've asked my doctors to fill out the papers to have it legally and the one said no...so im pretty screwed. the paramedic was like "just get it illegally then" lol.

either way. more power to pot smokers. i firmly believe that its my duty as a citizen to disobey an unjust law. if i dont...the laws will never change

Well, I got in touch with Norml because the website doesn't have any lawyers in my city. They Suggested me a lawyer. I also have a meeting with my public defender today, but since they are instructed not to question the integrity of officers in my county I don't see that going far. I'll be sure to post both lawyer's thinkings on the matter.
