Talking to your girls.

First let me say I talk to my girls everyday and tell them how lovely they are..
Does anyone watch the T.V show on the discovery channel called "Myth Busters"? They did a show that tested this myth, They did several controlled studies One of them with someone talking, other's with music from death metal to the mellow music and after a month it made absolutely no difference at all..
This test did not sway me though I still talk to mine... Peace

Every morning at 8 O'clock when I wake up right before leaving for work: "Good morning girls, I'm off to work"

Get home from work, smoke a bowl and admire the beautiful ladies!

Every night before bed (her bed time) at 8 O'clock: "Alright girls, it's bed time, night night"

I start with them when they are very small... i warn them, gently, that boys will have their balls ripped off and will be buried out in the backyard with all the other scum and riff-raff. As the little girls get older i train them into some light bondage and discipline - as they grow older i show them no mercy. I'll rip out handfulls of leaves if she's getting too fat, all the while cursing her nutrient uptake. "Why can't you be skinny and beautiful like all the other girls in your crop ?!" One time i had this bisexual daughter plant... i hung her ass from the ceiling so that her other sisters could take warning. I ain't putting up with any freaky shit in my family !!

(Secretly: I whisper to them that if they are very good girls, vigorous and potent, that i will continue to clone them and that eventually one of their daughters will produce a hermy seed ... and that one of their seeds may end up outdoors ... that there is hope for freedom, even in the Crystal Sanctuary.)

I do, but its more like rants and tirades about stuff i cant control or wild ideas i have that no one cares to hear me talk about. They dont seem to mind, and bring up some good points at times. Although i think one of them is racist.

Haha I never thought this would take off. but im so glad it did....and yes i did see that mythbusters special (which i did forget about thx for reminding me) and it has inspired me to install a speaker system inside my grow box.....although I am hard pressed to decided on which type of music to add to their hard day of photosynthesizing.... what do you guys think. Im more of an ac/dc, kiss, led zeppelin fan but I don't know what they will prefer.

did u even watch the episode? like honestly come on man dont just reiterate the same bullshit someone spoon fed to you. that episode couldnt prove anything concrete no, but it was specifically stated that the rooms with a voice looped or the ones with classical and death metal all did better then the control study, with the death metal grow doing best of all. this is why i have my bass drum with those nice double kicks right beside the room with the girls, they love it.

Is it just me or does anyone else just pull up a chair and sit in front of your lovely green ladies and just talk to them, (talking nicely and complimenting them of course like you have to do with all women). It may seem like a moronic thing to do, but in the long run i think it could potentially be more beneficial for them because I'm a bit of a wind bag so i am only elevating the co2 levels..correct? I Could almost do this all day long and am only curious if anyone else does this too. (sorry if this doesn't make sense sounds good in my dome but...well...im baked..)

hahaa man i talk to them play tunes hell i abuse them when im drunk. i have even been known to sit with my tent door open in my shorts getting a tan havin a beer n a spliff.

First of all, this is some amazing shit. I had no idea that so many people talk and care for their plants the way I do!

First I do whatever needs to get done with them and then I chill with them for a bit. Sometimes I smoke, sometimes I talk, sometimes I just think... I think that its like my secret escape area. It's quiet, no one can find you, and you can just think about life and admire the fruits of your hard labor.

btw - led zeppelin would be my choice if I could do it but a variety is important i think. hey, if youre gonna do it, do it.
