Get that cool tube as close to your plants as you can. I got my 600w 4 -6 inches away and my buds are solid.

You should get a great yield, just weighed the girl I cut.. 83grams dry man..
Get some jars in now if you haven't got any..

i got them about 10inch away cant go any closer they get to warm but they are looking gd

well fokes the girls seem good and health and they are showing some great hair production . Going to start them on half strength nutes on next water instead o 1/8 strength . . am sure the will cope . got a few pics to show on phone cam so not the best .

....but in 2001 some brain stoned people got there hands on it and the strain won the grow of the year i researcher there grow and they used 5.5ph all the way thro the grow period and they done 9/10 weeks flowering before chop . so i dont see why i should argue with the experts on ph for my plant .

update day 21 :

ok fokes thought it was time for update on the ladies. the are coming along nicely the have just been watered tonight again they are really starting to smell nice now .

i have added a pc fan directed to the cooltube to cool it down further and i am able to lower the light about 1.5 inch . the lower the better

the BB is the big un at 9 weeks old and the other 2 are white widow at 7 weeks old - i switched the light (600w HPS) to 12/12 4 dsays ago, i had bought a 5 pack of BB but 4 of em were duds so i had to get more seeds in to put with the one BB that did grow. Since then after moaning to GHS i got a replacement pack of seeds (aswell as some goodies - t-shirt, stickers, DVD etc.) so i have started 2 more BB in my cabinet that are now 1 week old and sit on top of my makeshift propogator that has 2 x clones from the large BB and 2 x clones from the WW's (1 from each plant).

have a look at my journal mate - any comments would be much appreciated, by the way im subscribed to your grow and looking forward to seeing those beauties flower - especially interested in seeing the differences in the plant you left natural and the one you have lolipopped.

Great job so far fella.

They are looking tasty Scottish!
Just wait till they start putting on their crystal coats...
Peach smell is quite an unmistakable smell, it will have your mouth watering as she nears harvest, you must have the peachy one, they both smelt great! The chopped girl had a very pungent skunky smell so you will soon know for sure..
I hope I don't cause anymore 'discussions' for you man...

I seem to cause them between my bruv and his missus all the time!
The green is crap round my way so you really have to hunt it down if you want the good stuff, so when i get some for him, i'll tell him its s**t, the worst stuff I have smoked and that i'm well gutted for him, then i'll say, i'll buy it off him just so he don't have to smoke it to make it sound even worse.. His missus gets sick of the crap as much as he does and it escalates from there! I can usually hear them smashing about and shouting at each other, then i'll walk in amd quickly hand him the baggie before someone gets killed! The look on his face honestly! Classic.

Hi, I am also growing green house big bang. It is my first grow and I had a few PH questions. I am using Fox Farm soil and water that is 6.9 PH or a little higher. Haven't checked soil PH but I will try and hit the store to get a tester tomorrow. How do you recommend for the Big Bang getting the PH down to the 5.5 range? I assume you have to do it slowly correct? I am half way done vegging and wasn't going to put in any nutes until flowering. I have never adjusted PH before so assuming once i get soil tester and its 6.5-7, what is the best, cheapest and safest way to get it closer to 5.5? Thanks.
