There's no "burden of proof" in a case of supposed insults. The only possible proof that could ever exist is a recording, and not even close to all of it was recorded.

The amount of times it was said doesn't change the probability at all. If such a disgusting thing could be said once then it naturally follows that it could be said many times.

It's well known that there have been numerous racists at these protests. With that in mind it's completely plausible that a black congressman would be called "nigger" by protesters, especially when that congressman is about to vote for a bill that the protesters hate passionately. So that I won't have to clarify this later: I'm not saying all the protesters are racists. However, there have been many that clearly are.

Buying a lottery ticket is totally incomparable. If someone is willing to hurl a racist term then obviously they are willing to say it multiple times on the same occasion. Morally there is no difference at all.

As I tried to explain to you earlier, there are numerous racists who attend the tea party protests. It's completely plausible that a racist person would call a black person a nigger. Especially when that black person is a Democratic congressman who is about to vote for a bill which that protester hates.

Demands for PROOF here are silly. Most of the time, one is better off basing one's opinion on EVIDENCE. There has been plenty of evidence of racism in the tea party (or any party for that matter), it is all over youtube. Tea partiers want to turn this into an 'awwww, pity me because they are trying to surpress my American free speech by calling me a racist' type of thing. Other folk out there want knee jerk Americans to think the tea party is nothing but a bunch of racists. Neither view is a good one to have.

But if you ask me if I think there is a higher percentage of racist folks in the tea party, I would say there is a good chance there is.
