What's For Dinner Tonight?

Man I do love a nice rack of lamb on the grill..... nice and pink...such a bright flavor... I think Portuguese "sausage" is called languica. It is very good. We had some in Lisbon a few years ago. Nice ppl there.

damn, all this talk of food just sparked the munchies, now I have to get my sorry ass up and go scrounge around the kitchen for some tasty morsels.

a can of Spam, some skyflakes, and a big ol' bowl of some bud! doesn't get any better than that! thats some real comfort food...especially if your too blown or lazy to cook!

SLB

i have some steaks ive been marinating for 2 days, i might cook em tomorrow though. the longer the better

my secret marinade is Worcestershire sauce A1 and Jack Daniels smokey BBQ sauce

every time i open the fridge up i take out the steak and either smack the shit out of it or give it a massage

i guess ill probably have a baked potato and corn with the steaks

KFC Zinger meal towered up, 5 days in a row  (i have an absolutely ridiculous metabolism) and a big plate of roast chicken and shoulder of lamb with all the trimmings and gravy. all downed with a big slice of carrot cake ane 6 pints of budweiser (yuk :P)

OMG.... you do have a metabolism!!!

I just had a nice salad. I didn't eat one yesterday since the steak was calling my name. I try to eat my greens at the end of my meal...but I was too stuffed to have the salad...so that was my dinner tonite!

will have a nice Cesar salad monday night ,with my wife's home made dressing you would like it CJ she uses lots of garlic

I just got done eating a beautiful braised shoulder steak. Seared on both sides, sweat in some celery, onions, and carrots and deglazed and simmer in some cabernet sauvignon. It was deliciousssss

sounds great except for the celery. I like it, but don't love it...unless it is raw...but that's just me.

Sup crackers,.. I just finished a pub lunch over here,.. It's ANZAC day, a public holiday.. Lest we forget our diggers (soldiers)
