my 8-10k watt kush grow

haha nah its a grow tent completely lined with mylar. all sides top and bottom. i even get bad cell reception in it haha.

well now i have the a/c out of the room and have it in my attic and porting the cool exhaust into my tent. i need a bigger a/c though. haha.
 
if your talking about the side of my grow. that is IR block. i used it just to close off the closets on that side of the grow. the other side has copper up and down the walls, and i kinda just tend to stay away from there. too scared to fuck something up.
 
guess it doesn't matter about mylar anymore either. nothing for the bulb to reflect back. just straight hitting the plants and that's it. and empty space right now, but soon to be sour bubble. and your right. it's and alllright yielder. i can usually pull 3 ozs off a plant that was vegged for a month or so. and it is some super.

smoking some strawberry cough right now that is bomb. got some other shit too called kong. it's pretty damn good too. god i miss smoking good fucking weed. haven't been lately.

another advantage i have noticed using this method. less heat, it seems like the hoods radiate heat. a better yield for sure. i agree that i am def. using the light more beneficially now. the room just seems so much brighter.

this is my preferred method of growing, but for some reason i went with hoods for this grow because i wanted to give scroging a try. that went out the window though now, and i am planning on pulling down 1.5 from each light for sure now. than another 1.5 from the plants i am going to add. *crosses fingers*

why cant you scrog with verticually mounted lights??? the area that they each cover is greater now. at the very least do some training... that way when you add the very short indica sourbubble clones the lights wont be soo high for them you know? try to keep everything kinda short so you can have the lights low has possible to let your plants get that sweetspot on the 1k lights, for not only your plants in bloom now but the future sb clones...

OR YOU COULD HAVE THE TELLER PLANTS ON THE OUTSIDE AND SMALLER ONES IN I GUESS

i have been transplanting to 5 gallon grow bags. i'm getting sick of watering every single day, and i don't think they like it either. they seem to be a bit droopy too, and i think that is do to the fact that they run out of water before i have time to water them again. i'm adding a good ammount of perlite to help get oxygen to the roots. i think my plants are really gonna love this.

i decided to veg for another week or 2 depending on how they take the transplant.

Yo trying mixing oxycal to your soilless next time at 1/2 teaspoon a gallon. Its an oxygen suppliment i have been testing. I noticed more growth overall. I did 2 pots out of six 3 gallons. i added it to the promix halfstrenght because of the other calic and dolomite lime. The White widows liked the extra oxygen in the root system. Same pheno test.
 
Ham, you make my grow look like an elementary schooler's summer project, and rightfully so! That's one amazing set-up man, you can tell you've put a lot of your time and sweat into it and I'm sure the quality of your herb reflects that as well :)

welcome to the jungle!! 2 more weeks until the flip. this is gonna get epic folks!! i got everything repotted into their final homes(5 gallonn bags). it sucks transplanting into grow bags!! never again. they seems to love it though. finally bouncing back from a retarded over-watering i did when i was high as shit one day. doh! a little word of advice. if you use root riots or rapid rooters. make sure you bury the rapid rooters in the dirt a bit because it will make the plants really really unstable and make them sway and fall over. since i repotted i tried to make sure to bury the rapid rooters a little bit deeper with some top dressing. IT'S ALLZZZ GOOD! got my floramite in the mail today. gonna give them a spray in the next few days when they get over the little bit of over-watering/transplant shock. gonna wipe the borg out before flower. YES!

smoking on some kong right now. it tastes really good and gets you pretty blasted..maybe it's the jager...but i feel pretty fucked up. happy fucked up. sloppy from the jager though..but still feeling good.

let us play a game. let's take some guesses. tell me what you think i'll get per plant. i'm guessing 4-6. winner....gets...err something.

good call on the extra v eg time.... let them fill in those bags a lil. and your gonna get more like 6 plus ounces from each of those

It's nothing fancy but it's far from begin shitty dope really.
When it comes to growing marijuana, it's all about money when it is illegal to do so. So yah it is a massiv yeilder strain but nothing exotic or chron.. Probably Not cured right.
But for 2200-2400 here you have the top quality. You'll never see a pound over 2500 around here.
 
yeah the chron is a little more expensive there. the beasters in canada for 1600 is far from shitty. it's the stuff that goes for 2800 here. by the time it gets here though it's prolly been keifed twice over by the bikers and indians. and packaged super tight and stuffed in a gas tank or what have you. so yeah whatever flavor it had in canada is long gone by the time it makes it over the border.

one of the strains is looking really fucking retarded. and it's pissing me off. they are the ones in the pictures that are leggy and REALLY droopy. i over watered ALL the plants, and most of them bounced back, but this strain is being really retarded. the pots were 100% bone dry and the droop was going away a bit, so i gave them a little tiny bit of fresh water, and they fucking drooped again. maybe its the transplant? no clue, but it's really pissing me off. i think they'll turn around in the next 2 weeks veg. but the thing that pisses me off is EVERY single grow i get a batch of retarded plants, why can't they all look like the most beautiful ones. just once.

anyway. if any has any advice on what to do with these stupid plants lemme know. should i trash em? they aren't doing it for me.

naw dont trash em see if they bounce back... let them dry out well before you water, and next watering give em a lil drop of superthrive if you have any
 
yeah i was gonna hit them with the super thrive. and i know for a fact they'll bounce back. just pissed cuz all the other strains bounced back perfect already, and these afghan kush are just being super touchy. the leaves aren't dying though, and they perk up more when it's light. i really think these bitches wanna be budded. you can tell when they wanna be budded when the new groth starts gettin those white hairs in it and what not. they'll come back. thanks for givin me hope with 6+ oz a plant. haha 18 lbs. i'm shooting for 15. we will see.

do they look overwatered to you too?
 
they say the afghan kush yields 110 grams at 100-140 cm.... i think your plants are that big, or bigger then that now and your still gona veg for 2 more wekes.. i think you should pull 150 plus grams from each afghan kush alone
