here in florida they have crippie. its not a strain but rather a reference to quality of what your getting. my question is whenever i run across different bud that is from california it has a very distinct dopey taste. it taste so good. for instance one time i had some that looked like mexican brown dirt weed from mexico but when i smoked it. it was dopey and had a very distinct taste. i got some now that is different but that same distinct taste. does anyone know why?

Because they actually take good care of their shit and start with good genetics... it doesn't matter where it comes from as long as those 2 hold true... being from California doesn't mean its better than something grown in "X" state.

well im not disputing any states growing potential. it just seems when a buddy says he has weed from cali it always has a very distinct taste of dopiness. the taste isnt from a specific strain but in all the bud ive had from cali all had the same characteristics of that dopey taste. but yes but buddy above me is probably right thats its a good grown indica. i was just curious about that dopey taste that taste so good. and i dont mean the floral taste from good bud. this is a very distinct taste and it only seems to come from california

Most likely you are smoking some weed grown in the outdoors of cali... Indoor is indoor no matter where you are growing....

thats what i was kinda wondering about. if the bud i get from there with that taste and its grown outdoors i was curious if maybe it was organic or environmental difference there in that region. i really dont know. ive talked to people who knows the taste im talkin about. just no one knows how the taste gets there. ive had smoke from the midwest and new england area carribean mexico all over. but theres somethin special about that cali bud

well i think it has to do with the environment there giving something that the regional environment supplies to the local flora

dunno bro . . . . I'm sure my outdoor out here has turned out with that same taste you speak of . . . but I don't really know why.

my first reaction is that it's a strain based thing . . . . but you report that most bud you get around there isn't like that . . . so I'm going to assume that it's an outdoor bud thing. a well-grown outdoor bud thing...

I mean it makes sense that that flavor you're talking about is a well grown outdoor taste . . . . and even more sense that it's only coming from california . . .

as california is essentially supplying 75% of the countries supply of chronic outdoor bud. there isn't another state that grows even close to as much as we do.

atleast, for now.
