To correct you it was in most cases black people or Africans who kidnapped members of other African tribes and villages and sold them to the Europeans for guns/food/etc. So really it is a matter of survival of the fittest. Don't complain about slavery when its possible you are related to the side that sold them, as much as its possible the one being sold. I am not racist, but there are tons of black people nowadays who are and it isn't considered racism because of what white people in the past did. Not to mention the fact that if you are black you can get into college easier, and most work forces, at least for the state that is.

Someone taking a police test or a fire fighter test that is black can score lower and get it over other people, and not just for black people, but all races other than white. And same goes for college. You know why? Because it boosts the diversity %. How retarded is that? I don't care what race you are if you are more qualified than another person. I never said anything about "nigs" I was just referring to the fact that Europeans didn't go into villages and nab people, they hired people to do it, more than often a rival tribe. I honestly don't know where you are from Napa, but it isn't from around here apparently. If you had to carry a gun around because you're white you might understand a little better, or maybe you do, who knows. All I am saying is there is plenty more racism coming from the African-American end around here. People over react. I think what I failed to mention in my post was that I do not agree with "reverse" racism anymore than I do racism. I dislike hatred in all of its forms, period.

Ok, so I agree on the Native American schooling thing. I can say however that I have heard the N word used towards my husbands family a time or two and at no point did Al Sharpton show up. If he had they probably would have thrown him out!
