That looks like it was killed by nute-overdose or something. Remember...plants that grow in the wild have the sun beating down on them all day when they are seedlings...that's how they get big and strong...the plants can handle the 150W, but like the others said...move it up a bit...for a 150W HPS you should be about 8-10" from the tops of the plants.the intensity may be too much for the seedlings. You don't want them looking like this:

i got 5 in there lolnice man...how many plants is that 3 or 4? real nice man...i got the one with the built in ballast, how much was that one?

AS bonzi has said you may need to move it up it gets alot hotter than a CFL.
You are aiming for under 80F at the top of your plants.

Use a fan to blow the hot air away from the light. Try to place it so that the air blows inbetween the plant tops and the light.no.. no cooltube.. the regular reflecter they giv u
