Mirrors "eat" (absorb) a lot of the light before passing it back and like bill said, they also create hot spots.

I'm gonna rob this store. They are late depositing their money.

Mirrors are a heavy pane of glass over a reflective surface. Glass absorbs a good portion of the usable light spectrum. About as useful as black paint.

they look great i would loose the tin foil it reflects heat aswell as light. mylar i believe its called but dont seem to be a prob. real hot wear i live.
