I don't think you will have much of a problem with heat. It may get a little hotter but it wont be enough to effect your babies.. I think the main thing was your ph, now that its under control I see smooth sailing from here on out!!

it pisses me off that the ph tester i was using was that far off...it was off by like 2.1..thats one hell of a mistake...i feel bad for people using them in fish tanks trying to keep their lil fishes alive.but i should have all that in check now..and my ph up/down was shipped today...woo hoo

I liked the RoadRunner so much I went back twice to re-seed. They are little plants in
little pots and needed daily watering. Got one main cola but it was a doozy!

well...i put the new lights in...there was no way it was going to work with the hoods...which is ok i guess...with all the reflective siding and it being such a small area....im not losing much light.got all 4 of them in there...and have space to run 4-6 small ones around them....but that wont be till flowering time will i need more lights in there...and the big ones will be gone anyways...didnt take any pics...started getting pissed off at it and nearly put my fist through the wall....again

wow that was a major PH difference glad ya caught it before it went any further. Considered using rainwater whenever possible? direct from the sky rainwater in my experience is clean and almost always have a stable and semi predictable PH depending on your region and season. (Unless ya let it run off the roof stupid pollen upped my PH I think...) plus it's a free source of nice clean fresh water... I need rain cause I am tired of putting out 5 gallon jugs of tap water on the deck for a day to aerate the chlorine out... damn you tapwater.

I am still jealous of your cfl's... if I don't go hps with vented hood next grow I wanna get some of those evil looking suckers. Whooooeeeeeee whatta cfl... not so compact anymore.

they are some bright ass cfl's....but...lots of heat...i might need another fan in there soon...its running about 89 in the box now...not bad...but not the 83-65 i was running...i might even take 2 of those big ass one out...kinda overkill...might toss them on ebay and sell them

yeah..got them in yesterday...and they are the regular e26 medium base...standard socket...its a great deal on them...just make sure you have the room for um...they are massive

well...after trying as many ways as i could to get these giant fuckers in the box..there is no way i use all 4 and have room for a plant over 8 inches tall...so i thought id hook someone up...im gonna sell 2 of these lights for anyone thats interested...not trying to make money of them...ill sell them for the same it costed me...but i simply dont have the room for them...and i doubt most people would be able to have room for 4 of these at once...for $15 ill do 2 of these bulbs..shipping and all...thought id give those thats been watching a chance before anyone else...hit me up in a pm if interested

also...i would be willing to do a trade for some good beans...its not really about the cash...id rather see someone grow some dank with these things then have then sitting in my closet

ive got preflowers on the 3 party cup plants...looks like ive got 3 new ladies...still too early to tell tho...no hairs yet...but fingers crossed..i femmed one of them and topped all four tops on another...using these 3 plants the best i can...and trying different methods on each and different feedings with each...think ive got these new ferts down...almost all the yellowing is gone...now nice and green...this last feeding i went a little stronger to see if it burns them....i also started 5 others...they are about 4-5 inches tall and working on their second set of leaves....pics tomorrow...seeing as i forgot to take them before i closed the box up...and im not fucking around with the velcro hell door anymore tonight

here is a few pics for the night...this is all the ones im growing...the new light setup...and what kicks ass...check the temps after i moved some stuff around.the 3 biggest ones took the fuck off...growing at least an inch a day now...still nothing on the preflowers yet tho.and they seem to like the full dose of nutes...went full strength this last time and they seem to love it

son of a monkeys nipple...i think ive got a boy coming of age...one of the newest 3 are showing what im 99.8% sure is male flowers...i guess its chop chop time for this one.the other 2 still have what looks like female preflowers...just no hairs yet...but males show before females...so hope they show their sex soon..what sucks is the best looking one is what is showing its nuts...fucking-a

update time....i chopped down the biggest best looking plant...had bigger balls then a bull does...so thats one male...which i figured it was a male a few days ago...and the roots in the party cup was unreal...was one mass of roots..so im down to 2 in party cups...and they look like they should be females...and ive made up my mind...the next grow is going to be a dwc setup...been looking into it for awhile now...getting my res,pumps,lines,air stones,net pots,clay pellets and rockwool tomorrow.and since i can not get an answer at all to this..other than go buy this and that...im doing it as an experiment...im using nothing but jacks classic powder grow and bloom in it...with ph watered ofcourse.gonna give a final answer on whether or not these ferts can be used in a dwc system.im going to start the 3 high end strains i have remaining (bubblicious,papaya,haze) and maybe get 3 more...doing 6 plants in it...might have to make another bean order soon

already got my net pots,clay pellets,rockwool...ill pick up the rest tomorrow night..ill be able to start building tomorrow night.so in the dwc system ill be starting 6 seeds at all at once in it...
so i be using the 3 beans i have now...
g-13 haze -feminized
papaya - regular
bubblicious - regular
and i made up my mind on my seed order it will be.....
Brainstorm - Feminized
rocklock - feminized
lemon skunk - feminized
Master Kush-Regular
White Widow - Regular
the rocklock and lemon skunk are freebies i think ill leave them 2 for my next grow...or when i start cloning i can do a couple from seeds.

well...got almost everything for the dwc project...ive got about half of it done...waiting for the rest of my stuff to get here...now i just need to wait about 24 hours for the caulk to dry then i can finish it up..rinse it out..make sure it dont leak...then off we go

also this is a 15 quart container....thats about 3 1/2 gallons i think...about how much water will i need for this res?...ill be growing 6 plants in it

hey bro. when you put the top on with the net pots in them make the water level to where the bubbles pop just beneatht he pots splashing the bottoms of the nets pots. how many gallons is that pump rated at? i have the same airstone that i used in my last grow. it worked fine for me since i had such a small res. you might want to look into a 45 gallon pump and maybe 2 of those air stones.

its a 3 gallon res...15 gallon pump...and ill only have about 2 gallons of water in it...and ive decided to not grow 6 at once in it...im only gonna start 2-3 at first...leave me room for clones...so i hope that pump will do...if not i can pick another one up..their cheap
