How does a peaceful person "remove themselves completely" without government applying force to them? Eating the food they feed you in jail is not an endorsement of jail, it is a decison to stay alive. Using federal reserve notes is not an endorsement of the phony money scam, it is a nasty habit that can be hard to break, for several reasons, some products are unavailable unless you give them dead president paper and the purveyors of the scam will use force if they catch you using "twigs and berries" as a medium of exchange. I understand and practice agorism as much as I can.
You seem to deny my definition of slavery. Okay. If you are not a "slave", would you at least admit you are prevented from owning your own body, your labor and your property in some fashion by an outside entity that threatens force if you do not comply? I'd really like to hear your thoughts on that in a direct reply.
sorry too so long to get back to you. i did spend a while writing quite a long reply tonight but unfortunately i got logged out and lost the lot so this is a slightly abridged version
it is known for people to hunger strike in jail as a protest but that is aside from the point
the jail is of your own making there are no bars holding you no cells restricting your movement you are free to leave as and when you choose
"phoney money scam" is what has allowed the country to become the power in the world it is today you have profited from it your whole life in a way that you would never have achieved using twigs and berries
the only way to remove yourself from the system would either to leave country and move to a land with little to no government and only warlords in control
or you can stay there and renounce all your ill gotten gains from the "phoney money" thats down to the shirt on your back you then have to make your way to the most remote part of your land (not using the roads as if you dont pay its THEFT) and spend the rest of your days making sure you have no contact with anyone from the civilised world as they have to pay for their civilised life and even contact with them would be theft too (as without civilisation you could not be sure they mean well, dont mean to eat you)
i do find your definition of slavery to be rather thin
you are not forced to work
you are not punished for not working
you arent at risk of losing limbs if your quota isnt filled
you are in complete ownership of your labour you can choose what you want to do
you can choose where you want to do it
you can choose not to do anything if you so wish, slavery to hunger doesnt count
you can volunteer your time/ labour for free if you wish
its the point of "exchange" that gets taxed and its a price to pay for life in civilized world, a world that you profit from being a part of
after the exchange fro work and maybe even another exchange at point of sale my possessions are mine
property well i'd like to ask you where do property rights come from? you might say you paid for land fair and square but who did you buy it from where did he get it? at what point down the line was forced used to allocate the lot your sitting on? at who's bidding was land divided up in packets for "ownership" without government, and law enforcement whats protecting your land apart from you your guns and "force"
personally i dont think anyone can "own" land but i see it too as a necessary evil atm
but it does amuse me somewhat people go on about what rights the government has and taxes and stuff while putting up "trespassers will be shot" signs on "their land"
:im glad i copyed this one first as it tried to dump it again
