if you want check it out, been in 12/12 for 10 daysI have 5 x 26w 2700k and my plant is about 1in away from the bulbs.. I also have a fan blowing right on the tops of the plant and bottom of the bulbs.. Hasn't burnt the plant yet.. Just depends on your situation I guess..

About the light, I would recommend you to get around 100W total, the best would be one 105 or 125W bulb but if you can't get them get some several 23-40W bulbs. Just keep in mind that the more watts the bulb has the better
You may also want to add a fan to move the air inside the box or remove the intake and use that one.

Yep, maybe if you add the lumens of all the bulbs could give a higher number, but each bulb gives 1500 lumens and that's it, check different points in the box and you get 1500 lumens. A bigger bulb gives 8000 lumens everywhere. No power source, that's just the thing in my PC case that i hang the bulb, nothing to complicated, sorry if I let you down.

Oh, you know those mattresses that you use when you go camping that are made of sponge? Thats what I used, I had one from going to the summer festivals and I noticed that the opposed side of the one that you lay on to sleep was very good in reflecting light as you see so used it, it cost me like 1 euro the entire mattress.
