its natural for lower leaves to turn yellow and die as the plant matures.

Thanks bro...I have 3- 2700k bulbs only.. I plan to throw the baby into the cabinet in the next couple days..not sure exactly how old the plant is.. I took it off my buddys hands becuase he had to move. I believe he vegged for about a month and he gave me the slut when it was in the 2nd week of flower..its in the 3rd week now so I'd say she is roughly 45-55 days old from seed.. She's pretty small, I think he put her threw a lot of stress.. I'm sitting at work now ill give rep to you guys once I'm home..thanks boys

aiight so i jus threw together a light fixture lastnight. tell me what you guys think? glued it up wit a shitload of hotglue but it is pretty damn sturdy..just need a light chord,some chains, and about 6 Y splitters.. plan on having 4 42 watters on each fixture...oh yeah and im going to wrap the bottom nicely with some reflective car material.
Initially I thought this when I read about your new fixture, and now that you have voiced your concern, I'll give my opinion. There are two basic types of hot glue guns and hot glue, low melt and high melt. I think with the high melt glue you're PROBABLY ok, but the low melt might give you some issues. I used hot glue for a lot of DIY projects in the past, and the one thing I can say is it's not very durable. Great for a while, but has a tendancy to fail after time. Nice fixture though.
