GG, which of those plants is actually the warlock? I saw your "perfectly fimmed warlock" thread and would love to see how she turned out. They're all beautiful either way haha.

Just took a stroll through your magical garden and I'm super impressed. Did the Sour Kush turn purple when you flipped the switch to flower or does it end that way and purple off?

You always here that OG's a small yielders, but LOOK at those fucking monster buds, respect!

Well the first OG #18 I took down about a week ago yielded just over 2 oz and she was not swollen at all. So I imagine I might get 3 oz per plant (OG 18). The Sour Kush started turning purple right after she flowered. And wow they turned purple so fast it was crazy.

Impressive, how many veg days was that?

After looking at this, i need to rethink my early veg training. I did a whole run without any topping or training, i have come to the conclusion that some plants can use both high stress training a lot more than other plants. A few actually perform quiet well without.

If i want to get more serious (as far as quality and yield is concerned) do i need to trade in my 3 400 watt lights for 2- 1000s? Will that play a role in getting some nugs this size? I know there is alot more to it than just amount of light....again- impressive bro. +rep.

I am a strong believer in allowing the plants to mature then giving them 2 more weeks in veg. Time wise I would say mmm from seed mmm 2.5-3 months from clones 2 months. What I do is if from seed is simply wait for her to mature, thats when she really bushes out and gets set for heavy flowering. So I train them with a fim or 2 and then once they mature and I see pre sex and fast growth, I fim tops and wait 1-2 weeks then go into 12/12.
As for the lights I would go with 2 600 over 2 1k and if you had room you could go 600/400/600 and that would be ass kickin .
Another thing is my ladies stay in until they are done swelling. Takes a lot of time but it is worth it. The trichs are yet to turn amber and she is pumping full almost to explosion.

Your welcome, i appreciate the response. Know of a good how to fim link? Ive attempted it once in the past but i believe it ended up topping rather than fimming....fimming should have four branches emerging rather than two right?

Earth juice lineup with calmag, myco, humboldt nutrients roots, molasses, with a bit of bloombastic here and there. Plants were started in homemade compost which consisted primarily of FFOF, ewc, bat guano, blood meal, bone meal, dolomite lime and perlite.

Week 5.5
