Grow Room Setup

I am a beginner but have been doing research. Just wanted to run my basic idea and get some feedback from the experts.

The Main bedroom I have is 10x13 and there is a 4.5x5.5 walk-in closet. I am thinking of setting up the closet as the veg. room (1000watt ) and then using the main room as flowering with (3 x 1000watts) for a consistent bi/tri-weekly Harvest.
SOG, Top-Feed system.

Veg 1st batch for 2-3 weeks.
Move to main room
Veg 2nd second batch
move to main room
Veg 3rd batch
move to main room
Veg 4th batch
The 1st batch should be done or close to and so forth.

Any recommendations or changes that you would consider or problems you can foresee?

Moisture control.

What's on the ceiling?

Walls?

When you go into flower there's gonna be a helluva lot of moisture to deal with.

Wet popcorn ceiling falling all over the grow. Not good.

Paint peeling from the walls. Another not good.

Regular construction grade drywall doesn't fair well with high humidity and moisture. Not to mention the fact that most bedrooms are along exterior walls of homes, you'll be letting out a crazy high heat signature and plants visible for everyone of your neighbors (unless you're in some dingy shitbox with no windows in the bedroom....)

Right now it just standard walls (no popcorn). The room shares a common wall with my garage and I was planning to knock a few holes in the drywall to setup my ventilation. Will that suffice as far as moisture control or do you I need something additional? Recommendations?

There is one exterior wall with window which looks into a fenced backyard and it is on the bottom floor. I was planning to make a pretty little setup for the window and use some IR-block for that one wall. I am in California and will be doing this under the "state" legal guidelines with my card and not having more than 99 plants.

Sativa strain. I need em skinny to weave through the screen.

Working with a new camera that does not like the Flower Lab's lighting.

My understanding, and please correct if I am wrong....In most counties the restrictions they had set were the 6 mature or 12 immature and up to 8 oz. However, in January 2010 the CA supreme court ruled that it was unconstitutional to set a limit on the number of plants. Over 99 plants is where the federal fines/penalties become very stiff so you want to keep yourself under that and the US attorney general/Obama Administration has "claimed" that they are not going to bother the small personal user, however, there have been cases that have contradicted this with the DEA raiding collectives. So at the end of the day it is still a grey area and there are risks involved.

I am not a lawyer nor am I providing legal advice, this is what I have gathered from the research I have done.
