Could I be in trouble?

Ok a couple weeks ago we had a apartment inspection, and we left a note on the door wanting to have a few things looked at. Well a maintenance man came back about a week later with no notice. i had 5 plants under a hps and were in a open closet in a room with a shut door. do you think there is a chance the maintenance man would have entered? and if so what should my plan of action be?

I need help!

What did he check on? How loud are your fans in the room? How's the smell? Does the room howl with fans and reek of herb? If so, I'd move the plants (I have a hard time justifying killing them). Does the maintenance guy smoke?:hump:

Put the shoe on the other foot & think of it this way,if you were the maintance man creeping around somebody elses apt when they were not home would you open a closed door,especially when your looking at the door frame & it looks like a fukin UFO just landed in the bedroom !

Get the stuff out like yesterday.

if you cant hear anything from outside the room , and if there is no smell and light leaks you are fine. i also grow in an apt. and have had inspections and maintence guys showing up. In most cases they do there job then leave, they have tons of other water heaters to go fix. dont sweat it. if he did see something youd be notified by now anyway

I dont know if he smokes,the smell is only noticeable inside the room, i only have 1 small fan. door was shut actually but still alot of light, should i really give them the axe?

do you want to take the chance of going to jail. have a friend hold on to them and give him half of the harvest and then in a week or two get them back

So i came home today and there were 2 cops (2 cars) sitting in my aprt. parking lot. I left about 2 hours latyer tog et a pizza and they were still pearching. I came back in the other entrace and now there is one there too.. how do i know if i am going to get raided

Growing involves risk management. That is really hard to do in an apartment. If I even had the slightest inclination that someone might know...I'd cut'em. Better to live and grow another day.

have u ever seen cops around before? maybe they are trying to panick you into trying to chop them and put them in your car and then swoop in. i dont think they can enter without further evedence but whgo knows. if i was u o would bite the bullet and put those bitches in the blender and then flush them slowly till is all gone without a clog

If they were going to raid you they would have already done it. They are looking for drug related activities. If you maintenance guy told on you and went to the apartment manager then they would have given you a warning or an eviction notice. If he went straight to the police and the apartment manager doesn't know then they are trying to get shit for a warrant. Check your local laws about it though and get a lock for that door so that if the maintenance guy goes back...or anyone for that matter..they have to go through a locked door. I would probably get rid of them...NOT destroy them...but get rid of them.

dude , you have to seriously think of the risks, how longs will you be locked up for ? can you handle going to prison? Will it affect your life/job/relationships?

You should get some black bags and fill then will shit that look like it would be full of weed , then look really shady and dispose of it somewhere , if cops come down on you , and youve got nothing then id go upstairs and blend them fuckers like that other dude said. Its only a little bit of weed dude .

Or pretend like nothings happening and wait to be raided.

I have lived here 2 months never seen a cop! i did the unthinkable and in a panic garbage disposled them and boxed the light up. see and the funny thing is, i talked to the aparetment manager about the dryer and he said it was fixed and the matni. man came agin anyway. god this is f'ed up i ha

So are you saying this guy entered your apartment and had access to the room that the herb was in. If yes I would be extremely cautious. My word of choice is paranoid!
